Hotel rooms need to be updated. It is clean and safe.
Good location, right off the water front across the street. The only complaint is the AC unit in the room is loud when it's on. Had to turn it off at night to be quiet.
Great staff, hot breakfast every day, the room was comfortable and they provide full room service every day upon request.
The only thing that we didn’t like is that the under ground parking lot gate was broken. This area really requires secure parking. We didn’t have any issues with our car or anything else but we were concerned due to the significant amount vagrant foot traffic and homelessness in the surrounding are. The hotel is extremely secure it self even requiring access cards to restrooms in the lobby and parking garage elevators. This is great because its keeps the place in order and clean for guests only .
I’d give it a 10 if they would make Sure the security gates work properly . Other than that it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay with a clean room ..

So I would have given 5 stars but the room layout with the fridge and microwave were awkward and limited the functionality. Note to the location - you can change the hinges on the fridge to open from the other side. The bathroom below the outside of the shower had some weird dark stain. The staff was lovely though!
