The property was clean and the bed was comfortable with nice sheets. I had called before booking and was told our pet would be $50 extra. High, but seems to be standard. Then when we checked in we were told that it was $75. That was over half of what we actually paid for the room. This is ridiculous. We were there less than 10 hours! Also, there was very little parking and we had to squeeze into a space that we could only open one car door. Maybe this was a good thing since we ran into someone whose car had been broken into and items were stolen. The garage is not secure and there were a lot of homeless people and addicts roaming the area. We won't be back

The room had a wonderful view. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had a room with a jacuzzi tub. It was nice but the hot water was hit-and-miss. I enjoyed the stay. We enjoyed eating at the ramen place just a short walk away.

Shirdel was awesome at the breakfast bar. My daughter and I showed up at closing time and she took extra care of us instead of pushing us out. She is awesome!

We had an amazing time here! Parking is so convenient, the staff is kind and welcoming, and the hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect for shops, restaurants and walking along the waterfront. Right next to the ferry terminal, would make a great trip! We will definitely be back.

Good customer service. Decent hot breakfast. Clean, dpacious rooms with views of the naval shipyard and water. Easy walk to restaurants and cute shops. Ferry is literally next door. My only complaint is that the walls and ceiling are VERY thin do you can hear people stomping upstairs or people talking in the hallway. The windows arent soundproof, too, so the seagulls sound like they're inside the room. Lol just wear earplugs. All in all, a good hotel.

The staff was excellent! Christine at the break bar was amazing. Kayla, the Receptionist was also very helpful. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs. We felt $10/day was steep for parking in the garage. We enjoyed the view of Puget Sound from our window.

Our double queen room is spacious, light, comfortable and clean. We parked our car in a convenient parking lot beneath the hotel. Our room has a great view of the sound and overlooks two ferry landings. It has been quite entertaining to watch traffic. There are many restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. We came to Bremerton to see a band perform, and it was great to be able to walk to the theater. The area is safe, and we felt comfortable walking back to the hotel late at night.

Nothing to do with the hotel, the guests next to us were noisy. When we walked out to go to dinner, all we could smell was weed and smoke in the elevators and outside the hotel. I don't blame the hotel though. It was clean and the staff helpful and our room was clean. The breakfast staff was super friendly and nice.

This is one of the best Hampton Inns I've been to, the evening receptionist and the next morning's receptionist were very friendly, and sincere, and very good at their profession. Happy and expert assistance. The next morning, the lady who was temporarily performing the hard work of setting up the breakfast, her name is Christina, she was very friendly and happy, and helpful, and let us know that she would leave the drinks available for a bit after 10 am (after closing time) as my family was not quite done eating breakfast. She is a great example of a friendly and considerate employee, and it's because of her and her associates at the front desk, that we will be back here again. Thank you for your excellent service !!! The property is a little old but nice. The people are friendly and great to talk to. The blinds in the room were electric and were not working right. I would like to see daily room cleaning come back.

Pros- upscale hotel on the harbor, cons- pool was to cold to even think about swimming, wall paper trim in bathroom was peeling, and the breakfast was so unappealing.

Hallways smell horrible, room shower had a lot of water damage, front desk computer not working so took awhile to check us in. Front desk was very apologetic and frustrated but couldn’t do anything about it. Hotel is great location but really need a good refresh. Starting to show its age

Convenient for what we needed. Child had to take the SATs and this was right off the ferry the night before. Area is a little sketchy at night, but the hotel staff was friendly and we had no problems.

Great Location!
What a great location! We stayed here to be close to the ferry terminal. We were able to walk on and go to Seattle and back. There are several fun things in walking distance from the hotel, plus a few places to eat as well. The room was comfortable but not fancy. Breakfast was good, had a variety of choices for the picky eaters in our group. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful area on the water. We had a strange incident where the room vibrated like there was an earthquake on /off throughout our stay. No rooms to switch to. We were offered a discount and decided to stay as there were no other hotels with rooms within 50 miles. Management was helpful, but No idea what was causing it…
