Worst mattress ever!

Posted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: Clean bathroom.
Cons: ABUNDUNT food to last until posted hours. Better mattresses. Armchair for extra seating.
Location: Close to Poulsbo where had family reunion.
Due to lack of bookings elsewhere, we booked this room. Two nights of hearing doors closing, people walking down hallway and smaller than normal room. Horrible mattress.

Nice hotel!

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: New, modern. Great location
Cons: Customer service at check out not so good.
Location: Lot's to do. Near the Kitsap Mall. Within walking distance of many stores and the water. Great walking path.
We were in town for a soccer tournament and had actually booked a room at the Oxford Inn instead of the Oxford Suites. The Oxford Suites was able to accommodate us and provided us with a very nice room with a balcony overlooking the water. Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel and it's amenities!

Cons: The mattress on the bed
Location: Location was fine, it is reasonably in the center of Silverdale. It was easy to walk to businesses.
Overall it was an OK experience, but the bed was far too stiff and I was unable to sleep the entire night. I woke up with a sore back. For $5 more, I could of stayed down the street in a bigger room, better bed, and it had a poll, sauna, and exercise room.

Pros: Comfortable.
Cons: Too much carbs on the breakfast.
We just slept there. It was near a wedding we were attending. It was fine.

An Overnight Stay

Posted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: It's location right in the middle of Silverdale
Cons: Because of it's location and the fact it is the former Cimarron Motel, nothing really could be done to improve it.
Location: It is in the middle of town, across the street almost from the mall and on the edge of another mini mall. Shopping and dining are within walking dist
As I was attending a social function, I only slept in the room and bathed. It was very small, facing Silverdale Way with no view. It was very clean though and close to the mall, etc. But again the room was tiny. The bed however was very comfortable. The desk clerk was also very helpful. And in the morning there were scones, waffles and cereal complimentary in the lobby.

Facilities failure

Posted May 8, 2015 on Hotels
We checked in, second floor room, no elevator, Toilet was stopped up in the first room, after attempts to fix it, a second room was selected. This room had not been cleaned, cleaning materials about the room. The Desk Clerk was nice and worked hard to help us.

Friendly Helpful Staff

Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: We enjoyed the peaceful, yet convenient setting of this hotel. The staff was outstanding.
Cons: Wished it had an elevator, but the stairs were easy to navigate.
Location: The Silverdale mall and dining were close by and there is a family friendly peaceful park just a mile or so down the road. Close to Bangor Base.
This hotel was conveniently located to Bangor Base, shopping, and dining. Scenic family park nearby within easy traveling distance to Ferry going to Seattle. While the room was comfortable, the most outstanding feature of this hotel was the caring, friendly staff! The staff made us feel right at home and were more than accommodating, especially Tabitha and Julie!

Nice hotel close to a large mall and amenities

Posted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: Very personable staff, willing to do anything to enhance your stay.
Cons: Bathroom fans should be on separate circuit from overhead light. Fan was noisy and came on every time light was turned on in bathroom.
Location: Great location for a small city. Large shopping mall close by, Costco, lots of well known restaurants ie. Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Denny's etc.
Arrive at hotel early and was cordially welcomed by reception staff who arranged an early check-in. The room was small but well appointed with fridge and microwave. Free Wi-Fi was confusing but again reception staff walked us through the steps required to access. Free breakfast was very good, great coffee. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.
