Staff is fantastic. It’s my new local get away. Best value of any place in Kitsap. Near downtown and marina. No negatives for me. Rooms well kept and comfortable.

Room we had was right next to the office and there was a lot of coming and going noise. The hot tub was unfortunately out of service which was disappointing. The place was fine. Not great, not bad.

Thank you for your review Jasen. I apologize for the noise of the coming and going into the office. Our hot tub is up and running as of today. We have an older model hot tub and had to wait on a part that was special order. .

We really loved this quaint little hotel! It was clean and the cabin feels were nice! The staff was so friendly and the homemade cookies were delicious!

Not a luxury facility by any means. Decor is “old-school motel”. Room smelled a LITTLE bit like stale smoke, but not unbearably so. But for the price? Fabulous. Easy access/parking, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, nice quality toiletries, comfortable bed and a pretty nice TV! And really decent coffee in the room, woohoo! We did not partake in the free breakfast, so can’t say much about that.

Everything was brilliant but the pillows were very lumpy and the comforter had several stains on it which isn’t great. Altogether it was very good though.

This is an older property that was built w/o today's standards in mind. Walls/windows let a great deal of cold air into the room and sound from outside was quite disturbing (you couldn't hear the TV from even a little as 3 feet in an attempt to not disturb th next room.

There's no denying that our property is a bit older, as it was built in the 1960's on the main highway in Poulsbo.

I'm sorry you feel this way about our free continental breakfast Rick. Continental "A light breakfast that usually consists of a breadstuff( such as toast, croissants, pastries, ect.) and coffee, tea, as well as other drinks.

We stayed on Christmas night. They gave us a very nice and quiet room. The inside the room was very cute and cozy. Nice to have microwave and fridge in the room, since there was nowhere open in town. We woke up to a nice view of the water. We will come back again, hopefully in Summer so we can use the pool. :)

Pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff are personable, professional and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. Parking was right in front of the room and convenient. The property offers a continental breakfast in the morning. We will stay again when in Poulsbo.

Good location, friendly staff. The room seemed a bit dated, tired. There was a stain on the carpet right in front of the vanity. The toilet seat was cracked. The shower had very poor/light pressure. The refrigerator in the room was set so cold, and I was unable to change it. I could have called and I’m sure they would’ve changed it out. I’m not one to complain. I was staying here for a week, and the fridge ended up freezing/ruining a medication for me, so that was annoying. I didn’t notice until the second to last day. Another pet peeve is when hotels don’t have stocked vending machines, and sure enough…no water or non- caffeinated drinks in the vending machine. Also, the hotel is located off a busy street, so it can be loud if you’re a light sleeper. It’s a great location, can walk to town. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating.

Thank you for all of your comments/concerns. Yes, we are an older property. We do have staff on property 24/7 for any issues or concerns from our guests. I apologize about your medication....we would have been happy to change out your refrigerator. Yes, we are located right off of the highway, as our address is Highway 305. Our vending machine is independently owned and stocked.
