The management didn't answer the phone, we wanted to tell then our plane was late. We arrived, a lady came out, gave my husband the keys and told him she left the door wide open. We were pretty concerned. There were several people who were living there. They hung around outside day and night. There were no cups in the room the management told us there were no cups at all. No way to make coffee or have something to drink out of. On the second day they emptied all of the trash except our trash. It was piled next to our vehicle when we went out the next morning and was not moved, it was still there when we checked out. It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed! Motel 6 would have been better. We picked this motel was close to the Naval Base, we were there to visit our grandson whom we are very proud of. He as an 18 year old choose to serve his country! The motel wasn't pleasant but our visit with him was priceless!

The place is rough. People are living in alot of the rooms. Blankets and carpet are stained. Inside of door is disgustingly filthy! Its not even an 80 dollar room let alone 180! Last resort!!!!

Expedia should have more knowledge about the place they have on their page because this was the worst accomation of my life. A total nightmare. I am very disappointed of this hotel. It is nothing like the pictures you have shown. The suit was very dirty and the little kitchen was very disgusting. The curtains were also very dirty and there was stains everywhere carpet. It smelled like an old ashtray. I was afraid of removing my shoes and I didn't even want to touch anything. I had no other option since it was late when I arrived and there was no hotel nearby otherwise I would have leave immediately. The manager keep telling me to not be afraid and I didn't understand at first. What would I have to be afraid of? He told me there was people living there since there was legal restrictions during the pandemic and that people were staying there without paying, specially on the area I was going to stay at. He said I was going to be safe inside the room. I was absolutely terrified all night. I had chairs on the two doors just in case they would try to enter. I had to work really early in the morning and I left way before I had planned to leave. I just wanted to be out of there. I couldn't sleep all night alert of every sound. I understand that there is places that may need maintenance but this is not only very old, dirty and in really bad state, it is scary and not safe. Please do not stay here.

Property is a dump! The pool was closed, no breakfast options. Room smelled and was in disrepair. The door was banked up and the lock broken. Paid $188 for 1 night. Horrible hotel

I did not like it. Too many live in residents. The place is filthy. No free breakfast. For the price it should have much cleaner, and the clientele should have been a bit better.

It was gross. Pretty sure it's why I was sick two days later. It was the heart wave and I was in town on business. It was the only room I could find. Had I literally any other option, I would've taken it.

The Quality Inn was very disappointing for my family. The beginning of the trip, the manager was not pleasant when we checked in. None of the hotel information was filled out on the "contract" he expected me to find. They did not give me time to put any real information down about the vehicle or anything. We arrived well after check in time, and after the manager waved us off saying he only gave out one key card, we found out room was still not ready. When we got into the room, we found that there was a full stove, no microwave, two refrigerators, and no fire alarm. Instead of a fire alarm we saw wires dangling from where there had been a fire alarm. The bed itself was trouble, the coverlet was stained and there was wadded up paper inside the sheet. There was also no climate control, and it was COLD in the room all night. Half way through the night I woke up afraid that the people above us were going to fall through the ceiling, the floors were creaking that badly. Please rethink your stay in this hotel.

Another WA disappointment
No 24hr front desk like described on the site. No breakfast like stated on site. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room as stated, but they had usual coffee pods for a coffee maker in the room. The young lady in the early evening was friendly, but not the guy that opens up at 8am!

Mngr lied to hotels.com saying he upgraded
I paid for two two nights. First night was 🙂. But the second night my husband was working graveyard and i got back to the room late. Neither one of us had been at the hotel since earlier that afternoon. When i use the key car for the room it didnt do nothing not even flash red to deny entry. I tried several times. Went down stairs to talk to the front desk no one was there rang the bell nothing.i had to call the manager over a handfull of times before i got an answer. Same guy i got my room key from. First he gve me the run around cuz hed have to drive to the hotel to open the door for me no one was there at nights if something actually happens to need help. Then he said the backgound of the room 🙄 ive never stayed here but this one time so he dont know what kind of guests we are.when he finally showed up it was over an hour later and i was crying on the stairs bc im pregnant and had to pee and my husband wasnt coming back til 6 and i was out of gas til he came back. Manager looked pissed.refused to give me a new key wouldnt saywhy. He tried to open my door several times then tried to blame me for doing something to the lock.Told me nothing he could do.i said where do i go paid for a room. Why cant i get a diff rm then get my thgs later. He said id get a refund next day.So i slept in my car.Morning only worst got40$ back on my deposit and it took the mntc guy past chkout to take lock off.mng refused to refund then lied to hotels.com when i was attempting a refund thru them

Worst Room ever
The photos are very deceiving. I'm surprised that this place is even on your site. Very disappointing! This place wasn't fit to have to pay for. It has cigarette burns in the comforter, the bathroom was a mess. A ring around the bathtub as well as hair in the tub. To top it off there were roaches. The health department should definitely check this place out. Horrible experience!

Older hotel
This is an older hotel but they are trying to remodel. Both beds had previous stains on the sheets. I was concerned I was going to get charged for this so I notified the front desk and they assured me I wouldn't get charged even though they make you sign a form saying you would be responsible for new linens. Front desk gal said due to covid they haven't been able to get new linens or facial tissue.Not sure why they couldn't buy tissue at local store. Coffee maker didn't work and where they had it next to TV you couldn't plug it in there. Outlets were hard to find behind matresses. Would like to see lamps with plug ins. They didn't provide breakfast due to covid but they didn't tell me they had coffee at least. Front desk gals were nice but we had to wait an hour to check in and then when we came back I had to wait for a gal to show up due to she was running an errand I guess for a guest. Parking was slim. Our heater/air conditioner had a circuit tripped when we came in and we finally figured out to hit a reset button. You had to stand on a chair to see how to work it.

It was a stay to remember.
I honestly wish I had remembered to take photographs but we were in so much shock... First off, the front desk attendant was very pleasant. She assisted us well. Once I checked in, that was the end of the pleasantries. Our rooms where located in the far rear buildings. At the base of the stairs that lead to our rooms we were greeted by the Welcoming Mouse. Or at least what remained of him. Reluctantly I processed to find my 2 rooms. Upon inspecting the rooms I can admit that the beds and bathrooms look just as shown in the photographs. The seating area on the other hand, I'm confident in assuming that several porns had been filmed using those pull-out sofas. We never used EITHER of the 2 sofas during our stay. Fast forward to sun down. There are no words to describe the performance the Show Mice put on. It was like a "Now you see me, now you don't" magic show. Mice balancing on pieces of the balcony. Mice jumping from one ledge to another. Mice searching for scraps of food at the trash. Mice. We spent the rest of the night locked in our separate rooms unwilling to open the doors until sunrise. No one wanted to let the entertainers in for a private show. Over all, I will NEVER stay at this location again. Honestly, I feel like I overpaid for our 2 room, 2 night at $89+taxes and fees. Those rooms should have been $49 plus complimentary mouse traps. This hotel has its people. My family and I are not those people.

Safety concerns
This hotel is undergoing renovations but the rooms not yet improved are in a very run down state. Within minutes of checking i discovered in the toilet was flooding the bathroom; which wasn’t addressed till the next day. The shower head was incredibly low; slipped badly when trying to lean under it. Tried to grab the safety bar...which came out of the wall without any resistance. The fall was bad; if I was geriatric or infirm it would’ve been catastrophic. The staff was friendly, kind, and apologetic. It’s the building that’s problematic

The room when I walked in was very cold with the Air Condition on high. The toilet seat had a hole in it the room smelled like wet feet mildew.

Black mildew/mold along wallpaper border in the bathroom on 3 of the walls. Ironing board has a holder for the iron bolted on the board making less than 2/3 of the board usable. Iron also has a very short security cord attached to the bolted on holder, so it pulls very hard when you try to use the end of the ironing board, and also makes it a real pain having to drag everything into the bathroom to fill the iron while the dang security cord is trying to pull the iron out of your hand to send water flying everywhere. If you are business traveling and need to use an iron I highly recommend finding another place to stay.
