The staff is nice. The breakfast is good. The property is acceptability clean. The furniture, interior is old. In one night stay, came across two people that needed mental health help. It was safe; but will not live with kids. Ok to live as a single person.

It looked like no one had been in the room for ages. There was dirt on the floor throughout, holes in the curtains and bed spread, an alien sticker on the mirror, a dirty hand print on the wall across the bathroom and the desk chair was ridiculously worn and torn and should have been tossed. I have never stayed in such a dirty and damaged hotel room. The only saving grace is that the sheets and pillows were clean and the bed was comfortable otherwise I would have eaten the $ and found a new place to stay. I just needed a bed for the night.

I won’t stay here again. There was a dirty sheet under the bed that I brought to the front desk and the girl said okay thanks. No sorry or anything and there was so much dust and there was dirty wrappers on the floor by the nightstand

My room floor was disgusting, and had not been cleaned in weeks, if not longer. It was so gross I would walk on towels in my room. There was blood on the shower curtain. Food splattered on the tv. The hallways smelled like piss. Something was wrong with the piping. In the middle of the night it sounded like someone was taking a shower directly in my room, but was probably coming from up stairs. The water in the pipes were so loud I woke up in a panic and then had to close my bathroom door to quiet the noise.

The front office staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was awful; there were dozens of ants crawling all around the bathroom light switch and sink, and most of all, the pillows are lumpy and the mattress is excessively worn out whereas there's a sinkhole right around the center of the bed. Definitely an uncomfortable stay. Glad it was just an overnighter.

room was dirty when we got there. they had to clean it. homeless in the parking lot. long term housing with many people living at the hotel. felt very unsafe. cars being worked on in the parking lot at all hours of the night. people living in cars in the parking lot.

I loved the fact that I had 2 queen sized beds for a single room occupancy. I felt that the room was Beautiful and cozy as well as very, very CLEAN. What I didn’t like was that my wake up calls came after I had already woken up. Hours later. Also, the TV did not turn off and on with the remote. It could only be turned on and off manually. Otherwise the remote worked well. I still had a fantastic stay. The female Manager even helped me with my bags to the taxi. Even with those issues, I would stay there again. Had to go to a work meeting at 5am and the front desk lady checked me out because I went back to my room around 10am and my key wasn’t working. I also couldn’t talk to anyone because a note was posted at the front desk saying that someone will be back after 12:30pm. No iron in the room.

The location is convenient and Denny's next door is fantastic, but the property is getting a little aged and rooms downstairs on level 1 are feel like basement and a bit damp.

For a budget place this is great, clean and convenient to town and the freeway. We drive to downtown and park and take the ferry to Seattle for the day. Breakfast is very basic but does the job. Coffee in lobby was a nice touch. Staff are helpful and friendly. We will be back again, thanks for a great stay.

There were a lot of people hanging around in the car park throughout the evening/night, including someone smoking out of a pipe. There was a faint tobacco smell in a lot of areas, and someone asleep on the lobby couch when we were checking in.

One day before my reservation , I received a phone call from the property letting me know that my original reservation a suite two queen room was not available but that I still had a regular two queen room so I was not too happy about it but it was too late to cancelled it, I felt , I was taken advantage of, because I paid for a suite and I got a regular room No bueno...
