“優點： 員工態度親切，房間寬敞，便利性高，附近有很多超商、餐廳。 缺點： 廁所有點老舊，馬桶很低，浴缸表層剝落物，沒有吹風機 。早餐食物普通，餐具都是免洗餐具很不環保 ”

“Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances.……

“There was no information provided or available in the room regarding things such as breakfast times, hours of the pool, or local things to do/places to eat. While the cleaning staff were pleasant, the front desk clerk was not friendly and not helpful. No towels at the pool, and a giant wad of hair stuck to the side of the shower was discovered during our initial use. Maintenance on things such as the pool is overduue. Nothing absolutely horrible, but will spend our money elsewhere next time.”

“Hotel is no frills and serves its main purpose. Our check-in experience was ok, room was clean, a/c worked and our bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to supermarket. The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT. Always have to ring bell and eventually someone appears. Neon paper signs taped up in lobby area is a bit tacky. Breakfast is very……
