Great stay!
This was a last minute booking, and I am very glad I chose the hotel. Everyone was so attentive and happy to help and the attention to detail was fantastic. I was travelling solo this time, but I'll be back with the family would love the facilities

Most important thing to note which Expedia did not highlight is that they have a full board solution at a whopping £150 pp and no a la carte menu meaning it's impossible to order any food unless you pay a fortunte for a family. In the end they were accomodating for us but tricky for the future. Staff is Ok (a bit of attitude when we asked for service) but for a 4 star hotel it's rather basic: Pool was too cold, towels in the bathroom are small for an adult, dining room chaotic, needs upkeep - some cracks in the bathroom shelves, no coffee in the room, gym is tiny (no more than 1 person can work out in there), no shuttle service (difficult for foreigners without a car), and absolutely everything is charged extra (including the ice skates for the ice rink). We had a lovely time but feel that we were overcharged for the hotel.

Great for children
We had an amazing time staying at the Lisi hotel it is really top class for a family holiday, lots of thought to how you can keep your children happy and the staff are very accommodating. There is a massive soft play area and some smaller break out areas for the children, even the toilets have seats and steps to help with the little ones. The room was a good size and had everything we needed too.

Excellent family holiday, the hotel is very good for kids and adults, well worth going, but if you don’t hire a car make sure you budget for taxis ( approx 15-20 euros) to go into Kitzbühel, Some very good restaurants in Reith only 5-10 min walk.

Room 107 No Bed Bugs :) Great food & amenities!
I arrived late in the evening and was so glad that the onsite restaurant was still serving dinner! Didn’t really want to go out after dark in search of food ;) The room and bed were very clean, toilet separate from rest of bathroom, loved the private balcony and had enough time in the morning before leaving to use the whirlpool in the “Romerbad”. The grand finale was the robust breakfast buffet....oh yes, AND the scenery when I headed outside to my vehicle! Couldn’t see any of it when I arrived since it was dark. Would loved to have a couple days to explore/experience that area and have a couple more nights at this hotel :)

Lovely hotel to visit Kitzbuhel
Really lovely, clean hotel. We were surprised to have a small apartment. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There was enough choice for everyone in our group. Only thing missing was tea/coffee making facility in the room. Well located for easy access to Kitzbuhel.

This is a fantastic hotel in the Tirol. The hotel is right on the road so if possible ask for a room toward the back of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is great and complete with all items. The indoor Spa is fabulous as well. A great hotel for summer or winter activities. Would go back to this hotel anytime.

Nice Hotel in Beautiful Area.
A nice hotel in a lovely area, perfect for our ski trip. We did have a 45 minute delay actually getting into our room as the hotel staff hadn't finished cleaning it, even though we arrived after 3pm which was a bit annoying as we'd been up since 2am and were travel weary. The breakfast and evening meals were absolutely lovely. Great pool and spa area and facilities for drying ski boots.

Large room, lots of facilities
One night stay probably not long enough to enjoy all this hotel has to offer. Large apartment style room with separate dining, lounge and bedroom areas and nice balcony too. Restaurant closes early but provides good quality food and well stocked breakfast buffet.

For a 4star not up to date. The property hasn't seen any update for decades and relies on its proximity to Kitzbühel . Dinner is poor and careless. New Years buffet was a joke.

If you like sleeping in small beds with small pillows and smaller down comforters this is your place. I purchased pillows and blankets to be comfortable. Worst breakfast ever, ands staff ice at best.

THis hotel was great for a family holiday in Austria. Great pool and spa area. Internet is very expensive (24 euros a day). Beds are very firm. Wonderful scenic location. Very attentive staff. Would definitely stay again.

Wir haben in dem Hotel tolle 10 Tage mit unseren zwei Kindern verbracht. Für Kinder ist das Hotel mit seinen vielen Spielbereichen ideal. Da kommt man auch als Eltern zur Ruhe :) Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben als kinderloses Paar aufgrund der idealen Lage und ein bisschen aus der Not heraus das Lisi Hotel gebucht - Hotel und Verpflegung sind prima, Spa und Poolbereich tiptop sauber und die Verpflegung tadellos. Das Schönste war der wunderbare und sehr nette Service - wir werden wiederkommen

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Wir waren zum Skifahren gekommen, waren in 10 Minuten an der Gondel und konnten abends nach dem Skifahren unsere Skischuhe und Skier im Hotel deponieren und dann ganz entspannt in den Pool bzw. die Sauna gehen. Der Service war super und das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr schön und vielseitig. Allgemein gesagt war es ein sehr schöner und gemütlicher Aufenthalt
