Clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a bottle of water for each guest upon arrival. Water quality was lacking. Water pressure in room was poor, but otherwise the stay was very pleasant.

This is definitely an older property and it’s age shows: the rooms are worn and there is remodel/refurbish materials stored about the facility. That said, the service at the front desk was friendly and efficient, the room and beds were clean and comfortable with good pillows, and the fitness room was decently equipped.

I had to work to get the heat to work 2 nights it kept switching to cold. Night 3 no heat at all. temps were low 20’s and snowflakes this particular night. When the front desk clerk called maintenance he radioed back to say the property was aware and the unit needed replaced he couldn’t do anything about it. When I asked for a refund I was told they couldn’t because I booked third party. I also reported sleep disturbances from a large dog howling at night and a smaller dog barking and was told pets were not allowed on that side of the premises. I feel like I deserve a refund.

The night shift man was aweful. The girl in the morning was a little challenging. The breakfast was nothing to rave about. The toast only toasted my bread on one side. The other options were cereal or waffles. It absolutely dumped snow so it was even more challenging.

If you really don’t care where you stay this is the place beds we’re comfortable. But clean it was not hair in bathtub just felt dirty walls filthy. The heater in our room was not plugged in so the room was 50 degrees never did warm up. Fan in bath room exposed. Looks like they are in the process of renovating or something.

We had stayed at this property about 8 years ago and it was nice, with a great breakfast. When we were in the area last week we remembered our previous experience, then read a lot of reviews claiming this was a good place to stay. What a mess. The hot tub and pool were closed without notice on the Expedia web site. There was no internet service, and although the staff was helpful, we were never able to obtain wi fi connectivity. Very frustrating. The property was and is in shambles, garbage strewn about. Our room, #219, was in poor repair, t v stand broken, sink flow barely working. All in all we were very disappointed and would not stay here again. Hope you choose wisely and differently also.

Great bed, staff, and breakfast. Older place with faint odor that aired out quickly. Furniture finish is worn, but that's bettrr than if they replaced it and raised the price. Nicer and better price than simular brands. Only issue is HVAC unit was loud and hard to adjust. I'll probably come back because of the nice staff,safe feeling and comfortable beds' but bringing ear plugs.

Sad story about Klamath Falls, OR Days Inn
This was our 2 time to stay at the Klamath Falls, OR Days Inn. Two years ago, we stayed at this property and had a satisfactory experience, so we thought we'd stay again this year on our trip south to Arizona for the winter. Two years ago when we stayed here, we noticed a few "homeless-looking" people hanging around in front of some of the rooms. This year, there were many more of these types of people there. Enough to make us uncomfortable. We stayed in room 250 with trip. The room was clean and mostly comfortable. The big problem for me was that the TV was broken and we were not told when we checked in that there would be no TV in the room. What else do you do after a long days drive except relax in front of the TV and catch up on the days happenings. There was no offer to bring a working TV to our room, only "Sorry, there is nothing we can do" Sorry to you, Days Inn Klamath Falls, we won't be coming back to stay with you again.......

Not impressed with this property or the suite we booked -- the room wasn't terribly clean or well-lit. If traveling here again, the Best Western is a better choice for Klamath Falls though hard to access. Days Inn is in a rather sketchy area off a main drag and the nearby restaurant appeared to be closed. Disappointing.

The light switch was broken and the shower has mold. The room has a smell. I was only staying 1 night otherwise I would have left and went to a different hotel

We stayed here one night and had a nice big comfortable room. The breakfast in the lobby (included in the price) was a really nice extra. The front desk people were very helpful in accommodating our request for a room on the first floor.

Expedia completely dropped the ball and never confirmed my reservation for 2 rooms with the property. The staff was courteous, patient, and very accommodating even after the poor job Expedia did with not confirming my reservation.

The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I and were so courteous and thoughtful. The rooms were very clean, well kept and comfortable. I will certainly be staying here again if I come through here again.
