The hotel was nice, we really enjoyed our stay there. the breakfast was awesome, my kids liked the hot chocolate and cookies at night. The only problem was the spider webs all over the ceiling.

The room was dirty when we arrived. The floors had not been cleaned and the mirror obviously had not been cleaned either because there was writing from the previous people on it . The staff was just alright when we checked in not very welcoming. Honestly was kind of disappointed with the stay overall.

Place is falling apart
Every thing was broke or near so. Auto front doors shook. Elevator not working. Pancake mix not working. Wall paper falling off in bathroom. Chips and dents a plenty.

Staff were agreeable and everything worked. We were there for the annular eclipse, and staff put out dark glasses for anyone who didn't have them. Very thoughtful!

Overpriced, Low Standard.
Best Western Plus at Klamath Fall was a disappointment. We wondered what the "Plus" amounted to. This hotel looked tired and in need of renovation. When we arrived the lift was out of action and we had to haul heavy luggage up stairs, no-one offered to help (and we are in our mid seventies). If this had been a cheap hotel we would have understood but it was not. Ridiculously expensive for the standard delivered. We will avoid Best Western. Klamath Falls in future.

This hotel is dated and in need of renovation. Stains on the carpet, countertops that still had sticky residue on them. Homeless people walking sing the parking lot and behind the building. The beds were comfy, the staff was pleasant but it needs a major facelift for $250 per night
