they need to take care of the mass groups of bugs. you can't open the door with out million of bug. other then that it ok . 76 a night. really need to address the bugs ASAP.

Convenient, basic, has all we need, a good value. Klamath Lake is pretty in the moonlight. Staff is hardworking. Good breakfast.

Mostly very good. Had trouble with tv connection, and a little noisy, but generally a nice place.

This was the worst experience of my life staying at a hotel. When I first checked in, I just grabbed my keys. I went back to the hotel around 7:00 pm and walked into my room. I had approximately 20-30 dead midge flies on the walls and ceiling. I spoke with Rosa at the front desk and she handed me a flyer advising me that this is a common problem during the summer. I asked her if I could cancel my reservation for the next three nights. She said, because I booked through Expedia, I couldn't. I called Expedia and was told that they were not aware of the issue. Rosa told me the next day, that the flyer is sent to Expedia every summer. When I talked to the manager two days after I booked, she acted surprised when I told her what Rosa said to me about the flyer. Someone was lying. I never should have been forced to stay in those conditions. If Expedia knew, then it should have been posted on their site. I NEVER would have stayed. These midges, swarm around the area! I did get two of my four nights back, but I feel that I should at least get one more night back, since I didn't stay at the hotel. The hotel did put me in a different room for the first night, but the damage was already done. The room was filthy, the tub was peeling, the paint was peeling. I was mortified.

Dear Guest, We apologize you stay was not what you expected. Unfortunately, the Klamath Basin has midgies that come every year. We do spray for them, but they are all over town. We hope you will come visit again during a different season so you can experience how amazing Klamath is without the midgies.

The staff service was good and workers were courteous. The indoor pool was too cold for kids to swim in and they were disappointed in that. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The room I was in needs repainting. Breakfast was good.

1. People did not pick up after pets. 2. Bathroom fan was extremely loud, ask the room attendant about it but she did not speak English. 3. Stairs to second floor were questionable.

This Inn is located by the highway to head up to Crater lake, easy to find.

The stairs up to my room were falling apart and the parts that were repaired were repaired with slippery metal i fell twice already and hurt my ankle. The batgroom has spit or something dripping down the wall. The pool is indoor yes but freezing to the point myself and other guests not with my party couldnt swim. Breakfast was ok.
