The rooms and pools were big. The pools are also open 24 hours. The wifi is kind of slow,though.

Besides the check in concerns the room was clean and what I expected. My biggest issue was the restaurant and bar being closed again. This on sight convenience was the primary reason I had chosen this hotel. Second time in last two years these facilities were closed.

Restaurant was closed for renovations, steam room was out of order, had 2 TV's and the remote kept Turning both on and off and switching channels on both of them. room was at 82 degrees and the heater would not shut off. I guess I couldn't figure out the controls on the stupid thing. Pipes were excessively loud when water was turned on in the next room from ours. on the bright side, Staff was excellent, coffee was good and loved the bed and pillows. If the pipes were not so loud I might have had a very good sleep. Will not be going back.

Not what I expected from a Shilo Inn, very run down sub-standard breakfast, restaurant out of order.

The view was awesome and the room was very nice and clean, overall it was a very nice stay!

I had a west facing view of the mountains and it was pretty. This site is a little older and dated. The plumbing is a little loud but it didn't wake me up in the middle of the night. I got a Jr. Suite for $80 not including taxes. Breakfast is pretty bland and lukewarm. But I would stay here again.

The bar was closed and no restaurant. We would have to wait for them to cook more at the breakfast buffet. Low on yogurt. Not much verity of bread for toast or kinds of cereal. Only powdered creamer in the room and lobby.
