Good and bad.

Pros: Brandon was very friendly and explained that the hotel was under renovation and would be improved within the next couple years.
Cons: See my comments above. Housecleaning needs to be improved and stained furniture and accessories need replaced.
I liked the location off the busy strip, close to downtown but still quiet. However I noticed some issues that were disappointing. There was a loose string on one pillowcase that caught my eye and I then realized that the pillowcase was inside out which made me somewhat wonder if it had just been turned inside out instead of replaced after the last guest. That led me to notice one of the other pillowcases that actually had short hairs on it. Looked like maybe dog hair but not sure. I set it aside. Then noticed a small spot on the bedspread that looked like dried blood. I actually made a second reservation for a few days later coming back through town wanting to give the place another chance. This time I found a used washcloth hanging from the showerhead and another small stain on one of the couch pillows that also looked like dried blood. Upon using the breakfast room the next morning, there was a strong odor that smelled like pesticide which may have been related to the heater which was running. Also the chairs in the breakfast room were stained and looked filthy.

Great little place for a great little price! Stopped in, and everyone was friendly. Room was quiet. Older place, but it's good for a head in a bed.

Don't trust Running Y affiliation!

Running Y should pull affiliation with this unless or until they completely renovate. Also this should be listed as a motel (exterior entrances). Basically an old motel 6 with a coat of paint. Pictures were very misleading. We trusted running y affiliation, checked in and opened our room. Belligerent drunk neighbors next door, no real lighting for the room, dark and dingy. We left and got a room down the road, lost our money to the hotel and Expedia, but even the sunk cost couldn't justify us staying.

Good value

It's good value for money. Considering what I paid, the room was big, clean, had a nice big tv, fridge and bathroom. Good deal!

I was pleasantly surprised with all new upgrades and the large room. It was awesome and I'm definitely going to stay here when I return

Under new ownership, not good et

We checked into room, no running water, moved to another room, upon returning from dinner to retire , found bed OBVIOUSLY not clean, sheets not changed, we checked out immediately and went to another hotel, first bad experience with Expedia booking in 10 years, Expedia handled the credit for us

Very nice stay

Late Valentine's Day in town break. Very happy with hotel and room. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet all night long. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
