Our toilet took ages to flush. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Dead bugs and dust on windowsill and dirt and a string on the floor. The counter top was cracked and the tub was worn out.

The service was okay but they gave me the wrong room to begin with, and then the room I ended up with was okay but the bed was old and sunken in, I definitely don’t feel like the pictures matched what I walked in to.

The location is great : very nice park across the street for our dog & very good Waffle Hut restaurant across the parking lot (wide menu serving all meals - dine in & take-out). Outside pool was open, spacious parking with good lighting. Felt safe & it was fairly quiet. Check-in could've been more efficient though

The property itself was fine. The issue was that they were overbooked and canceled my reservations. I wasn't informed of this until 5:48 p.m. on the night of my first stay when I was already 3 hours into the 4 1/2 hour drive to Klamath Falls. According to the hotel staff, they informed Expedia of this at noon. I am not sure why I wasn't informed until almost 6 hours later. Luckily, they had a last-minute cancellation and I was able to get a room for the two nights I had originally booked. Very disappointed by this.

Unfortunately the stay here was less than ideal. One of our rooms had used soap in the shower along with hair so definitely not cleaned, and electricity wasn't working with the appliances. Got switched to a different room, however the power to the fridge was still not working. Our other room also had hair in the shower and the staff only left us one soap for both showering and hand washing. There was no coffee in the room to make as it said in the description there would be...coffee maker there but no coffee to make. Overall it was a disappointment.

the room was not cleaned, they literally just added toilet paper and towels. The bed comforters were reused due to having yellow stains that resembled vomit, since there was vomit stains in the wall behind the lamp. Over all disgusting.

Lobby was dirty, staff not fully wearing masks, the room stank and the bedspreads were worn and smelly. We walked in and out, we could not stay. We asked to be refunded, the front desk said they would. I’m not sure yet, if this will happen. This motel is very misrepresented on your website.

This hotel was so clean and friendly they were so happy to have animals there it is such a blessing and it really reflects on the rest of the town since the town is absolutely beautiful

Just an okay stay
The check in went smoothly and the room was in okay condition, except for the TV not working and dead bugs on the windowsill. The real downside was when my friend and I went back into the lobby to ask for more towels and, while waiting, the front desk employee decided to start a conversation with us about how masks are pointless in a pandemic, how he doesn’t like wearing it and doesn’t think we should, followed by a transition into the current President and Administration and how the democratic nominee is a racist. None of these topics were provoked from us. It made my friend and I very uncomfortable and uneasy.

Dark, grimy, incredibly outdated and smelly
I’ve traveled a good-deal over the past decade and this hotel has to be one of the worst stays I’ve had in recent memory. The bed was lopsided and hard, with a cigarette burn in the comforter. All the furniture was peeling and stained, obviously not having been replaced for 20+ years. The bathtub was peeling, carpet was coming up in every corner, cobwebs were rampant, and let me not forget about the SMELL. I made my friends come in to view the place so they could confirm how bad the room was. The smell—a strong musty mildew scent—was the most talked about quality and that the paintings were all hung sideways as if an earthquake had recently hit. I never leave reviews—especially negative ones—but trust me, you can find a better place to sleep for the night.

Rooms are large but very out dated and dirty and falling apart. Sheets weren’t clean. Non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Quiet part of town if you don’t count the wild other random people cooking on their grill right out front of the room.

It was okay and I found out it was just purchased by a company who is going to remodel but it was pretty run down. The king bed had two pillows which is ridiculous. There were no extra pillows or blankets which sucked. The top of the toilet was dirty and the towels shedded all over me. The sheets were rough the remote was missing a piece...it was just ghetto and the scum that hung out in front of the Waffle Hut was enough to stay away

Beds need a replacement
The only thing wrong with it the beds need up graded they are horrible, on the good note cleanest pool i have ever been in and hot tub.

I would never stay here again. We had dirty towels still in the bathroom and dead flies on the bed pillows. The office staff wore masks but the people cleaning the rooms did not. Would never recommend this place, very disgusting.

OK Motel

The property was in a nice spot, near the old downtown. The room was ok; old, caulking cracking around bathroom, dirty (clumps of dust) underneath the bed,some cobwebs in the corner of the room.

I like this place but they rent rooms by the month and on Friday and Saturday nite it was a little concerning for our safety. I know it's a tough time for business but I would think that a place owned by Running Y ranch could afford to fix the hot tub. Plus the front desk people were no where to be found a couple of times and could be rude.

Great location in downtown Klamath, room was very clean and comfortable. In general, the property could use a facelift but cannot heat the price for the location in the dead of summer.

Cerulean is a motel, not a hotel as named. I would not have booked had I known it was a motel. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and I was unable to sleep. The hand towel looked as if it had been used. Not at all as pictured.

First room smelled really bad, so they gave us a new room. This room had a broken box spring so I leaned all night and the sheet was too small and kept popping off. Slept terrible. Typically we stay here, in the main building but this time they put us in the other building. I would request the main building.

Great hotel to stay at for a few days.
Front desk friendly and practicing protocol for virus. They were very accommodating Room very spacious and bed comfy! Pool was nice. Restaurant across parking lot was good.

We enjoyed the pool. The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. I understand that Running Y properties put a lot of money into the structure. The pool and hot tub need work. Sometimes traffic was a little fast through the parking lot.
