The place looked like an older motel along Route 66 as an example. Right along a major route so, noisy from traffic passing by. Quite a distance from downtown Klamath Falls. The room was average, nothing special but, bed was comfortable, the black out curtains off track. Be sure to bring clothes pen to lock them shut.

Older property but very well cared for. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of outlets in the room for it being an older building….helps a lot to be able to use a CPAP machine and charge our devices as well

Stayed at this motel for 3 nights. Overall impression: Unfortunately, not a place we would recommend to anyone (friends and family) and we will not be returning. We will be staying at another motel when we visit the town again in the future. In the beginning, the front desk appeared nice and friendly enough. The room looked clean and made up on the first impression. It looks rather nice/modern (it seems to be renovated despite the rough/unprofessional finish of the renovation). We thought, this was better than we expect. We've read the negative reviews, but we thought it surely couldn't be that bad. Sure, we noticed immediately that, there is no carpet in the room (it's a vinyl wood floor) or floormat to wipe your feet on in the room. So you will have to bring sandals from home, if not, you'll dirty the bottom of your feet/socks (black from dust and dirt). We realized also then on the first night that there was a musty smell from the bathroom. We didn't notice this earlier as there was perfumed scent from toilet cleaner but overnight, the musty smell is getting more and more obvious. Then, my partner's pants (the bottom of his pants) were wet when he was using the toilet, and he realized there was leak. I noticed that the floor in front of the pedestal sink (yes pedestal sink, you have no space to put toiletries) also got wet despite no water was being used. On 2nd day, housekeeping didn't come in to clean up or knock or change/replace towels. We had to request new towels

Simple and comfortable.
No frills, simple accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable, included basics like fridge, microwave and a wide selection of channels on the tv. If you are scent sensitive; call ahead and let them know, the cleaning supplies are heavily scented. We just opted to not have our room cleaned during our stay. We have family we visit regularly in Klamath Falls and will likely stay here again.

There is an Albertsons directly across the street. This is very convenient because you’ll want to pick up some cleaning supplies. Our bedding was clean, although stained. It was obvious our room had not been cleaned other than that. You’re getting what you pay for here.

Best Value for the price!
This hotel was very clean, and priced very decently. No extra frills, but it was very quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Only issue was the cable, and I don’t fault them for it, as we had a bad winter storm pass thru that night.

There are 2 small packets of conditioner and shampoo. Zero soap. Shower is roomy enough to stand in. Towels were 20 years old and felt like it. Towels were dirty. Ceiling light not working. No room around the sink for toiletries. Needed a nite bed table on both sides of the bed. One in the middle is not great. Beds were comfy but would have been nice to have real beds and not twin beds cobbled together with a king mattress on top. Out side the property looked decent but the room and amenities needed some work.

It was comfortable and the staff was very kind. I arrived late so I appreciated the fact that they waited until 10pm, especially because I was the last person checking in that day. Anyway, it's comfortable and is good if you need a break from a roadtrip. I did notice a couple of stains on one of the sheets. The linen smelled clean and very fresh, but the stain remained unfortunately.

Staff was friendly enough. They accept pets for a fee, but dont have anywhere for your pets to go potty. The mattress was not comfortable and the pillows, although clean, were old and stiff. The shower stall was barely large enough for an average sized man and we had to wrestle with the flimsy shower curtain while trying to shower. The paint in and around the shower stall was peeling. The towels were very old and thin, glad we brought our own. Although the room was rented for 2 people, they only left enough coffee condiments for one cup of regular coffee. For $100 for the night, we expected better.

I couldn't go into the lobby to check in. The building is old and rundown although it seems they had replaced a few things. No soap. Sketchy looking window in the bathroom made me uneasy. I couldn't decide if someone could see in or not. No chain lock on the door. Floor needed to be swept. Lots of traffic noise.

The check in was easy and friendly. The room was as pictured. But When we got into the bathroom we started wondering if the place was very clean. We’ve been in third world countries and put up with less than perfect and are not picky but this was rather uncomfortable to find. My husband wouldn’t use the wash cloth as it was either dirty or very stained. My towel was also very stained. Then when we pulled back the sheets, we found a dark ball of hair. The floor has spots that needed to be washed. We were disappointed as this motel was AAA endorsed. But I guess you get what you pay for. :(
