Room was not very clean. Lots of hair in the shower. The bathroom door does not open all the way because it keeps hitting the toilet. The breakfast was sparse. Staff was very nice.

Clean, quiet except for the road
Clean room, reasonably fadt check in. Quiet room except for the road noise. That said, we had the first room up front close to the road. Parking available to us was in the lot with our truck and 25ft trailer, no problem. Bathroom could use some maintenance, caulk, paint, rehang towel rack. Shower was excellent but pipes are hooked up backwards same in the sink, again not a big deal, just be aware. Otherwise you could wait forever for hot water. Breakfast is very basic but gets the job done. Overall a good overnighter.

Convenient location. Staff was very friendly at check-in and check out. King size bed which was comfortable. Nice size room except for the bathroom which consisted of a tub and toilet which was extremely small. My only complaint was the bedspread had stains on it which I don't even know what the stains were and I don't even want to know.

The rooms could use some updates the paint on the back of the bathroom was pealing off. The beds were comfortable, the lady who checked us in has AMAZING customer service skills. She was able to chang our rooms to down stairs as my sister was in a boot from a foot injury. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in and ability to get to the rooms. The bathroom had many types of hair that weren't mine, including in the tub and on the ceiling, there was mold around the bathroom fan. the main room was clean, but the bed was super uncomfortable.

The bathroom was horrible! Tub had been painted white and I could see underneath the white paint! I suggest you install yellow light bulbs NOT TO ATTRACT THE HORDES OF MOSQUITOES HOVERING ALL OVER THE LIGHT FIXTURES. When we walked into our room the we’re about 30 entered with us. We won’t stay there again.

Just a stop on trip. Next to canal that has a mass hatching of midge flies nightly by the thousands. Not the motel fault, but they were everywhere. The room was musty and the beds uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and understood the midgefly problem. The breakfast was ok.

I found it clean and comfortable. I especially like that the staff were willing to accommodate my wheelchair needs with a first floor room and shower transfer bench. Also the continental hot breakfast and indoor pool was an extra special treat.

There is mold in the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. Not safe at all. The tub looks like it 60 years old and stained bad. Obviously not wanting to bath my 3 year old in their as it is un safe with the mold. The rest of the room is typical for this type of building. But the bathroom is horrible.

I paid in advance for a pet friendly hotel. Nowhere on the web did it ask how many dogs, or that there would be an extra charge for dogs. It is highway robbery to charge 25.00 PER DOG.

The property was nice and well maintained. All the bugs that came out at night weren’t great. The worst thing is that I expected the town of Klamath Falls to be somewhat close to the actual Klamath Falls but it is not! When we asked at the hotel what was close by we were told there was nothing and that all activities were at least two hours away!! Felt a little like false advertising to me.
