Front desk was very pleasant and check in was quick, even accommodated our request for early check in. Parking was very convenient. Even though there is no restaurant onsite, there are many eateries in walking distance or minutes away by car. Enjoyed it and will stay again.

Shilo Inn K Falls, Or has gone down hill, arrived at 3pm no longer have coffee in lobby was told they only have it 6am to 10am asked for extra packets of coffee was told they were out of reg. coffee only had the decaf packets. they sign out front say Shilo Inn Restaurant and lounge not true they both had been closed for over a year we were told. no hot breakfast, I know this sounds like I am knit picking but we Never stay there again, We have always stayed there on our way back from California. you might as well stay at motel 6. and save your money. We were not happy campers. and you won't be either. They need to change out the pillows very hard to sleep on. Sorry folks I can not give them a higher score, just telling the truth think twice before staying there.

This is one of my go to stops each year. I was disappointed that this year, the in-house restaurant was closed. Otherwise, a nice place: relatively inexpensive, they take dogs, clean, QUIET, convenient parking, easy access to US-97. My only complaint is that the pillows are too hard for my comfort and this year, I forgot to bring my own!

Absolutely no internet. When I called the front desk, I was told to just keep clinking on it. I have spent the better part of an hour trying that method! Called me silly, but when I book a hotel that advertises internet as one of their amenities, I expect to have it! I was expecting to accomplish some work this evening but that did not happen!

Very nice property and rooms are beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised. Not having any breakfast at all, or even coffee in the lobby, was unusual. There are coffee makers in the rooms. Also, I don’t know if there’s an issue with staffing or what, but there is a restaurant and lounge attached to the motel, but it’s not open either. The rooms are not well insulated, and sounds from your neighbors, plus plumbing sounds, were pretty loud. Bed was comfy, but springs were squeaky. All in all, I would stay there again.

Very close to Oregon Tech, which was why I chose it. Conveniently located off of hwy 97. Nice big room. Wish they include breakfast for the price of the room.

I would have given them an excellent if we had not been awaken at 12:30am by stomping from the room above. The people in the room above us were doing something for over 30 minutes constant thump thump thump as if they were hopping or bouncing a hard ball from one end of the suite to the other and back again. This was the first time this has happened to us at this inn.

Did not see evidence of cleaning staff in the room for the entire duration of trip, i.e. dirty towels did not get removed from the room or replaced, had to request fresh towels from the front desk daily. Also, full trash cans had to be left in the hallway in order to be emptied.

The front desk guy gave us a close room since my husband was on crutches. Very dog friendly. Great shower and comfy bed & blankets. Only thing I'd change is put in places to charge cell phones.

Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. The indoor pool was available and clean. There is no restaurant or breakfast offered. One cushion of couch in our room was ripped/shredded. The hot and cold adjustment for the tub/shower were plumbed backwards causing a real safety issue.

We stop here every time we travel south, the last 2 times we’ve stopped our room has been unclean. We do travel with a little dog who is well house trained, but obviously other dogs before us are not! The first thing we noticed was dry urine on the floor by the corner of the bed, blood or something on the “dust ruffle”. The toilet handle was broken and the shower dripped water. Just unsatisfied with the room!

Pool was green, hot tub was empty, sauna smelt like clothes that sat wet in the washer for a month. Room smelt like smoke and burnt sage. Actually woke up with a sore throat. Vending machines all broke, charged my card and didn’t not dispense. Tried putting cash in just kept taking my bills and giving back quarters. Breakfast was completely closed. Coffee machine was filthy. Front desk was rude like I was complaining about everything which I was because it was horrible. They refused to refund me (left 2 days early) had to call Expedia to get it taking care of. I can go on but you get the picture.

Clean, easy, affordable, friendly staff. I was disappointed to discover that breakfast is no longer offered. The pool looks like it needs freshened up and a good cleaning. The hot tub needs repaired and was out of order.

Cozy and comfortable! The restaurant is closed and no breakfast or coffee in the morning, but otherwise a great place to stay. Coffee maker, fridge and large rooms!

Room was clean but no maid service. I had to get packets of coffee every night. I was told I could not get extra or fresh towels till my third day. No breakfast, just a couple of snack and drink machines. Everyday around 5 to 6 kids were using the pool and I was planning on using the pool but these kids were in it and very disrespectful. The kids were calling the hotel staff derogatory names and calling the employee at the counter some really rude names. The check in people make you check and sign multiple legal paperwork for being responsible for a multiple of things. I plan on a few more trips to that area to see family. We will look for another facility that is dog friendly.

The water in the adjacent room (probably a faulty toilet valve) ran continuously throughout the night. I informed the front desk but they never responded. It was very loud and disturbing.
