There is no physical staff to check you in. You check in with someone who is remote with spotty internet connection so it takes extra time to check in. No one comes by to clean your room, if you need any towels you need to go grab them yourself. Walls are supper thin can hear ppl next door and ppl walking around upstairs.

We got a room with a balcony but it was locked and we were unable to use as there is no divider between rooms. Weird set up with 1 elevator and our room was on the other side of the property.
