Pros: Friendly efficient service and not too pricey.
Cons: The rooms are a little bit tired but are clean and the service is good.
Location: Great Knightsbridge location and handy for the high end shopping and tourist spots.
We have stayed here many times in the past. There are alternatives which are more plush and traditional Knightsbridge in demeanour however these also come with a heavier price tag. The Millennium is a little bit tired however it is clean and in a great location if you want to visit the high end shops of the area and be close to the tourist attractions and transport systems. The service is good and efficient and this hotel is perfect if you want to be in the heart if things and not pay over the top. We would be happy to use it again.

Nice hotel near Hyde Park

Pros: Interior design in the lobby area, friendly and helpful members of staff. Cleanliness of the room.
Location: Near to shops and underground stations.
Check in was straightforward, stay was pleasant. Staff were quite helpful and friendly. Room was clean as expected.

I could go around easily and safely. Hotel is on a very nice street, 1 minute to walk Harvey Nichols and 5 minutes to harrods. My stay vas very plaisent.

Old furniture with old doors that cause loud noise

Location: Nothing unique.
Dreadful experience and hotel needs an upgrade with employyes and facilities and furniture.Carpets are worn out and bad odours on the 12th floor and rude housekeepers.

Shopping collections in Knightsbridge

Pros: Location
Cons: Circuits for plug ins are few and very difficult to reach and use.
Location: Wonderful part of London to stay in...we are able to walk to shops, good restaurants and coffee bars from the Millenium.
Very helpful staff...particularly Simona at the front desk!

Good Hotel, Very Poor Check-in

Upon checkin the reception was unable to find my booking. They searched under my name and booking number and could not find the booking. They eventually rang up a central support number who told them where to find my booking and it had been printed off, next to the computer. It took 15 minutes to clear up and was extremely stressful.
