"Great place! Really friendly staff who were very welcoming. They gave us lots of great recommendations for things to see and do as well as where the best restaurants are. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
"Thank you for a wonderful stay with great service. Bavo (excuse me if wrongly spelt) was extremely helpful and welcoming. We stayed here twice on our trip up and down to Scandinavia and the service was excellent. A home from home feel which is lovely when travelling as a family. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful, we can converse well comfortably in English with them. Storage room is a bonus, we could leave the bully items after check out, so we can explore Bruges city center. Lift at the courtyard is very helpful. There are water dispenser and microwave at the common lounge for guests to use. About 20 minutes walk from Bruges train station and less than 10 minutes to reach the edge of the city center. Ample sitting space in the reception and common lounge.
Downside is tower heating rail in the bathroom was slightly rusty at the bottom. Another thing is only having decaf coffee in the room. Pretty sure the reception desk would kindly sort this out, in the end we weren't too fussed about it.
