This property is in a dire need of updating. Carpet is disgusting throughout hotel. Wallpaper and paint peeling off the walls throughout hotel. Caulking peeling in bathrooms. Wood furniture all worn. Tiny kid sized pillows with no extra pillows or blanket. Only thing I really enjoyed was the water pressure in the shower. Really needs a makeover.

I arrived and was assigned a room on the 5th floor. I realized when I walked in the room had not been cleaned. I was assigned another room. The rugs in the hallways had bumps in them(needed stretching). It's apparent this place is privately owned and operated. Needs upgrades eater fountain didnt work. Outside my window two large shipping containers.

When we checked in the attendant gave us a room which was occupied. Very scary as we entered the room put our belongings in order and realized there was other luggage not belonging to us in the room. Attendant gave us a new room. No explanation why they wold give us a occupied room?? Pool and sauna out of order. Snack room empty.

This hotel was old and worn. But the rooms themselves were clean. Staff was nice, but it took two different requests to get a light bulb replaced. The area is very accessible and lots of amenities nearby.

Stayed at this property many times over the past 10 years and unfortunately the owners have made no updates and the hotel is showing its age and the condition is not very good. It has wall paper ripping, some ceilings have water marks and have spots that are falling down, carpets are very worn and need a carpet cleaning or replacement, drapes in the room were torn and just generally the hotel has seen better days. It’s unfortunate because this hotel is in a great location, staff are very friendly and helpful but it needs a good paint job and overall update.

This hotel is looking run down. The pool was closed and looked pretty rough. The hot tub was filled in with concrete. The toilet paper holder in our room was just a piece of wood drilled to the counter. The beds were comfortable and clean. The food was average.

I do travel nursing and I’m on night shift. I told the guy at the desk that I needed to book two days but I would be checking out early the next day as I go into work, so he said let me see if we can split the price since your not staying the whole night and I was like sure! The manager came through and said yes we can do that and I was like awesome thanks. So that next morning I come in from shift and took some Benadryl and went to sleep until my next shift. The lady at the desk calls the cops and had them to kick my door down and I wake up to two officers pointing their guns at me telling me to put my hands up! I was so scared, I have never even had a speeding ticket before so to have this happening was so traumatic. The officers wouldn’t let me speak until they searched my room and finally they answered my only question which was what is going on? The cops said they were called bc I was late checking out and I was like so you kick the door in and point your guns at me. I go down and talk to the clerk and she said girl I thought you was dead bc I called and knocked on the door and I was like you know that I work night shift. So after all that she said they don’t split the cost and that they don’t offer nursing rates which was not what he told me. And I said well their was a lady came through that had tattoos everywhere and okayed it. She said oh yeah that is our manager. So she calls the manager and she of course calls me a liar and refused to own up to their mistake.

The curtains that actuall block light cant actually be closed, so theres just a sheer curtain between the room looking down at the bright lights across the street and parking lot. The curtain that actually covers the window is so sheer that there is no actual privacy either

This property was obviously under some renovation but the there was a smoke stain on the walls the carpet was stained and the in room coffee makers were dirty in the water tank the hall walls were just in as bad of shape as the rooms I will definitely not be staying at this establishment anymore

It was a decent location for travel, close to the highway. The hallway carpet was a trip hazard, the bathroom ceiling had been started to be painted with paint all over the light fixture and the vanity was rather beat up.

Under the Radisson brand and the price point one expects far better. This property is dated, poorly maintained and a disappointment. I chose and reserved a room paid in advance at this particular location because among the amenities listed is an indoor heated pool - it was actually closed with a sign on the door stating that it was out of service, without any prior notification. Upon this rainy afternoon arrival there were cones set to block vehicle access to the front entrance where one would typically temporarily park to check-in. Apparently someone’s vehicle was too high to clear the bay and hit the structure, damaging it. Instantly on entering into the lobby to check-in, I could smell the chemicals they use in the pool - which could be seen just a short distance beyond the front desk lobby area. The small indoor pool was filled with water, yet out of service with no explanation forthcoming as to why. The gentleman at the front desk was efficient and I was quickly checked in. The elevator was in good operation. It was the smallest standard cramped room on the floor, even the bathroom. It was also very hot 78 degrees continuously in the room despite turning the thermostat down. The beds were lumpy and not comfortable. The furnishings in general were worn. The room is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. There were even dead and live lady bugs in the room. The location didn’t look or feel safe.

The property was not in good condition. The parking lot was covered in ice which made it very unsafe. When I got to my room there was a funny smell and the air conditioning looked as if someone had taken a hammer to it. The toilet had not been clean. Very very disappointed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is in very poor condition. It is in need of a desperate remodel. The walls are damaged, ceiling tiles stained with water marks and carpet in the hallways and rooms have multiple large stains. First room had hair on the beds. 2nd room was “clean” but still very stained carpet and the bathroom had the odor of sewage. I typically stay at Country Inn and Suites but never again at this location. Also the hotel, elevators and common areas smelled of smoke from so many guest smoking outside. I realize smoking isn’t something the property owners can control, I just wanted to mention it for guest with lung issues and children.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!
This property has definitely gone down hill! There was no one available to process our check-in at the desk. We had to go hunt someone down. The lobby area was very dismal and dirty. After finally getting our key, we discovered that they did not work and had to get this problem taken care of. Things did not improve after that. The room was dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I don’t think the sheets had been changed. The bathroom sink still had hair in it. When we tried to discuss this with staff, once again, no one was to be found! We finally gave up, and went to spend time at the mall and dinner. Just anything to avoid time in the room. AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!!

I was concerned when I read the reviews but it was actual nice for the price. We were disappointed the pool was out of service but the staff was nice. The young man that was working the breakfast area was extremely nice and on top of refills. The place does need a little touch up but it was clean.

To whom it may concern, My wife and I recently stayed at your country Inn & Suites location in Knoxville, TN 9137 cross park dr I have to say this by far is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Just to mention a few things: When we arrived on December 27th the lobby floor was dirty, as we made our way up the steps to our 2nd floor room all the wallpaper was filthy. At the top of the steps everything was Spackle bit not finished. The entire place smelled. All the ceilings were water stained throughout the property. Then we entered our room, bed made out of sorts ,stains in the carpeting, stains and holes in the chair and couch, tile grout all black, diverted on shower broke,had to fiddle with it to get temp right. We honestly tried to call other hotels to get a room but everything was booked because it was a holiday week. We were trapped in this disgusting hotel. Day 2 room not cleaned I was told that I had to put us on list to get room cleaned. So I set that up for the next day. Came back from being out all day bedding was all wrinkled like they just tucked everything back in that was there from the night before. No towels left. Had to call for those and had to argue for someone to bring them up. I am sending this message to hotel and corporate office asking for a refund. Every thing I listed above could be resolved with proper management. Do better. My info is below please refund Mastercard givin or send check directly to my mailing address. Sincerly extremly dissatisfied
