Nice hotel, except many amenities missing.

We have used Country Inn and Suites before and knew that they were a good hotel chain. I picked this hotel specifically, because it had an indoor pool and my kids live to swim. Well, we got there and the pool was closed--the staff had apparently not maintained the proper levels of chlorine; therefore the pool was unavailable. When we got to our room, there were no Kleenexes, one half of a role of toilet paper and two complete sets of towels for the six of us. I tried to get ice later in the evening--the ice machine was out of order. In the morning, the juice machine was out of order and the eggs and sausage were not cooked. We left and got a breakfast elsewhere. In addition, the breakfast server acted as though we were all a big inconvenience to her. In the future, we will look elsewhere
