Nice hotel and Staff

Location: Clinton, Tennessee. Lots of places near. Stores as well as restaurants, gas stations and a larger down less then a mile.
Stayed at hotel with 3 kids. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again

Small beds- questionable as queens

When we checked in we were told our reservation had been cancelled by one of their employees. She thought that was funny- I did not on this cold stormy day. Pool was not lit well and no towels were available at pool. Beds appear to be smaller than queens at our feet hung off ends. Breakfast was fabulous and attendant was great. Love the fresh baked cookies at night. It was quiet and room was clean.

Pros: It was quiet and convenient to get off the interstate.
Cons: The wash cloths were very harsh on the skin.
Location: We were in town to visit friends and go to a retirement party so the location was perfect.
Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. Would stay there again.

While the room was reasonably clean there was an odor that permeated the hall ways and the room. Not a very pleasant experience.

Stayed one night and everything was excellent Free breakfast was the best hotel meal I've ever had. Beds slept well and everything was spotless

Clean and convenient to interstate

This Inn was typical for Country Inn and Suites. It is located near interstate and had a few nice restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, the room next to us had a few kids that did not settle until about midnight, but that was not the fault of the Inn. Our pillow were uncomfortable for our liking. It you wish, be sure to try to cookies in the lobby! They were a nice added treat!

Really needs an update

Rooms needed painting, carpet needed replaced, and the pool was not clean and some of the mattress was not exceptional I will never go back. ... and would love some money back!

my check in time was 3pm I tried calling several times to inform I was going to arrive around 5pm. I was placed on hold and then disconnected twice. Once I arrived I was told my room was not ready it would be another 10 minutes. What would of happened if I arrived at 3pm would I of been told to wait 2 hours. On day 2 my key quit working went to the front desk and said they only activated for only 1 night.
