This property is not maintained and is very outdated and dirty. It is a misrepresentation according to the photos on the website. Once we arrived we were told we would have to pay a $30 cash payment to insure that we did not leave the room a mess or steal anything. This has never happened before at any hotel I've stayed at. In fact do you not put your credit card info on file for this reason. This leads me to believe that its the hotel staff that is clearly stealing.

The attendant was wonderful the lot was not plowed room was run down I wouldn’t even lay on the sheets I put my blanket on top of the bed thankful we only had a couple hours to sleep

Even with the Do Not Disturb with up, I had housekeeping banging on my door more than once. I work nights, so they woke me up each time. Two days before my stay was supposed to be over, the staff came around to kick me out of my room because they screwed up the paperwork and thought I had overstayed my reservation. I did not. Outlets were falling out of the walls. The bathroom was dirty. Rust on everything metal. The hair dryer did not work. There's a loud whining noise thing off all hours of the night. The microwave was broken. The fridge door detached when I opened it, and was just hanging on one hinge. I knew it wasn't a fancy hotel, but it DEFINITELY wasn't worth what I still had to pay for it.

It was convenient to the highway. However, it needs some professional p.m.'s done and a little more attention in the cleaning departments. Front Desk was attentive and nice.

This was a last minute booking. It was terrible-it was game day so options were limited and expensive downtown-I thought if I went outside of town and booked a Days Inn it would be fine. Well this place is not fine-I didn’t even know smoking cigarettes in hotel rooms was legal. There was an ashtray by the bed and the smell was so bad my suitcase and all my clothes still smelled when I left. It’s the first time I have ever left any where without having a cup of coffee-I could not wait to get out of there. Not sure what franchise standards are but when I hear Wyndham or Days Inn my expectations are decent, no frills but at least clean. This is well below those expectations.

Drive past this one. Filthy!!!
This facility did not match the Brand name; while not being a 5 star, I do expect Wyndham to put their name onto decent lodgings. The bathroom was filthy, from the mud floor to the hairs sticking to the shower walls. The bedcovers were torn or had burn holes. The condition of the carpet throughout the room demonstrated a complete lack of a vacuum cleaner- maybe ever. The console for the fridge & microwave was disgusting. Contrary to the Wyndham website listing the property as "free breakfast" and their posted "breakfast room" sign, the was no breakfast. Instead, I found a bowl with a few tired apples, and a dish with a handful of soft granola chews. I used a tissue to lift the dirty trash lid in the Breakfast Room that was filled with bathroom trash . Oh yes, I also was charged $10 plus tax so that my 9 1/2 mini daschund could stay in this palace. Given the multitude of other hotels at this same exit,any of the others could be a better/cleaner choice.

Days Inn should remove this location from their listings. The place was worse than a Motel 6. Pillows had makeup on one, a hair on the sheets, Bed sham had stains. Faucet loose, hole in bathroom door frame (rusted out), dirt around tiles, electrical outlet hanging off the wall... They gave me a different room - the A/C-Heater didn't work. They promised to refund the 2nd & 3rd night I didn't use on the reservation. TERRIBLE

first room smelled of cigarette smoke so bad I thought I walked into an ashtray. We looked around and noticed one of the bed spreads had about 7-10 burn holds throughout. we asked for a different room and the staff did oblige. However the 2nd room was only slightly better. The smell was ok but there was a bug crawling around the AC unit, on the wall and in the bathroom. The towels looked yellowish so much that I instructed my family to dry their hands using the tissue paper. My son is certain he was bit by a bed bug which led all of us to sleep in our clothes on top of everything using a jacket as a protective barrier between us and god knows what on the bedding.

The only redeeming person was the head housekeeper. She is awesome! Place had beer cans, cigarettes, trash everywhere. Holes in the bathroom floor and tub, missing faucets and people walking around pushing store carts. Management hassled me about my seeing eye dog! Kept calling her a pet. After moving my items into a room, Mimi from the front desk showed up and demanded I move to a worse room at the end of the building that allowed 'pets'. ADA will be hearing from me regarding this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Cancelled this. In response to the survey link, it's not my prerogative to give poor grades to struggling businesses. However, I observed very little effort to rectify our requests regarding bed bugs (I got more than a dozen bites over the three nights I stayed there despite showering daily.) There's so much disrepair... our refrigerator didn't work- it filled our cracker barrel leftovers with water and when I reported it to the office, we were told that nothing would be done until the evening/night staff came in. Before sleeping the first night, my grandson (10 yr old) panicked bcuz of the beetle flying around the room... That was followed by my spotting/killing two roaches during the night... Additionally, "breakfast" is apple juice and orange juice that's dispensed as water, apple and a granola bar that my grandson said was gross... The room key didn't work for us but staff moved us to another room to rectify. That being said, I had to keep the kids from eating in the room for fear of bugs, and without an acceptable breakfast this hotel made the trip cost much more than was affordable. The lighting wasn't dependable either.

It was one of the worst motels I’ve ever been to. The bedspreads were souled. When we pulled them back both beds were dirty and looked slept in with hair in the bed. Towels and wash rags looked dirty and reused. The toilet seat had urine on it. The carpet looked too dirty to walk on without shoes.

I have stayed at this same place with 3 small dogs. Always thru Expedia. It says pet friendly. It is 2 double beds. It asks how many adults and children. It never asks if u have pets, how many, or says u have to pay more for pets. None of the hotels we have stayed at have. Never had a problem until this time. We left the day after we checked in to look around and get something to eat. We left our dogs there. When we got back to the room our key cards didnt work. My husband went to the office and they told him it was because there were pets in the room and something about double beds. They made him pay $55 extra to get new key cards. We will NEVER stay there again!

This stay was by far the worst we have had. When I checked in there was a resident complaining to the staffer on duty, that 3 days ago, he had reported a problem with his room. The staffer was clueless and told him that he could not do anything about it. Other staffers were much better. What they call a breakfast were apples and Nature Valley granola bars. No milk for the coffee, no cereal…The sheets on my bed had two spots of blood that were about ¼” each. When we were packing to check out we saw a cockroach on the wall. Please ignore the fake reviews here, this is a dump.

This was the worst stay I have ever had at a Daysinn. We couldn't get into our room the keys wouldn't work x2. The room they put us in the toilet didn't work, was told we would have to wait til morning. I went and bought a plunger. The pool that was advertised was CLOSED! Our food froze in fridge. They did not have breakfast like advertised, coffee and a basket of apples. The coffee was horrible! I will be sending a letter to Wyndham RE: these issues. There was NOTHING appealing about this hotel. Oh now they charge $50.00 cash deposit that was returned at check out, most ppl do not carry cash and it was not stated when I made my reservation. Buyer Beware!!
