Won't Stay Again

We chose this hotel because it was on the west side of town, which is typically the more upscale side. This hotel was anything but upscale. The room was very small and felt more like a shipping container than a room. The bed was really comfortable. I have lower back problems and manged to sleep less than 4 hours total. The hairdryer in the room didn't work. The nobs in the shower were on the verge of falling off. There was dust everywhere. There were cracks in the walls, floors, ceilings, counter-tops, etc. The continental breakfast was basically bread or cereal with coffee or juice. They could have at least put out some fruit or some bagels. Other than having to wait for about 10 minutes to check in while the clerk talked to someone about what sounded like TV services or something I had no issues with the staff. But they didn't do anything to make the experience better either.
