this was like most other Hilton properties in cleanliness and overall wonderful stay.... however the pool and hot tub were like a small oasis! not just a regular hotel pool, this area was a true getaway and relaxing area! definitely won't book anywhere else whenever we're in Knoxville!

Room was very nice however the housekeeping didn’t actually clean it before we checked in. there was still trash and food on the floor. They came in immediately to clean it up. No QC on the cleaning.

For the purposes of my trip this hotel was conveniently located. The staff was friendly, room was clean and for it being on the same property of the airport it was quiet. Reasonably priced as well. I would stay here again.

Loved how easy the access was to the airport. Just a short walk. My husband had an early flight & we live pretty far from the airport. We were able to enjoy a night away together, a quick walk to the airport, & i was able to go back to sleep for a few hours before heading home.

Snow Storm
a room was available for check in very early at 10am when we arrived. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond despite low staffing due to a snow storm. Reserving a room for additional nights due to the winter storm was also not an issue

The best part of the hotel is the distance to the airport, quite literally right out the baggage claim doors. We got in at 9:30, the restaurant was still open and the pizza was a good price. Shower was nice, took a little while to warm up but it was super hot after. Staff were friendly and kind. We were facing the airport and the planes were a little loud but it wasn’t unbearable. If you are sensitive to noise I would ask to stay on the other side.

This hotel has the most convenient location possible to the airport. I love that you can walk out of the airport, and the hotel is about 100 yards away. Works great for me.
