We did a book now pay later. The hotel called a week before our stay and left a voicemail that if we did not call within 3 hours to update our credit card information on file they would cancel our room. When I called back, a lady named Jenna put me on hold for 22 minutes then she proceeded to tell me, "it had been one of those days". They also pre-charged our card for the price of the room which is the first time any hotel has ever done that when we have chosen book now pay later. Between this policy and Jenna attitude I would never recommend this hotel.
