Great Experience!
We had to take an overnight trip to Maryville, Tennessee from 30 miles South of Atlanta Georgia, we arrived ahead of 3pm check-in and the room was already cleaned and ready and we were able to check-in early.Friendly staff went above and beyond. It was a safe area, just off I-75. There are lots of places to eat, get fuel or shop. If you are in the Lenoir City area I would definitely recommend this to others for their travels to Tennessee.

Upon pulling up at 10 pm to check we found the hotel had been evacuated. Everyone was standing outside. The staff there would get angry if i tried to ask questions about if we were going to be able to stay there and what was going on. I finally talked to a member of the fire department after waiting around for 45 min and they said there was a gas leak and the hotel was uninhabitable. We were left trying to find another hotel on a busy sold out football weekend for double the cost while other guests were allowed in one at a time to retrieve their belongings. I know the employees couldn’t have helped the gas leak but they very rude when people were just trying to figure out what was going on.

For the money there is by far superior options. There were too many numerous things to list against this place. The desk syaff however were amazing.

I was up set that the pool had no heat. I called the week before to check the pool out and they told me it was all good. My grandkids were sad. That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The bathroom faucet leaked. The showerhead was very harsh on body.

I was in town for a family funeral. I originally booked to the wrong hotel 30 miles away. I was able to move my reservation with no penalty. This hotel was close to everywhere I was going to be and conveniently close for a Cinco de Mayo dinner at the nearby Mexican restaurant. I would definitely stay here again if necessary.

Hotel was clean, not noisy, room was clean. Check in was great, but the individual who was at front desk when we checked out was not.Since we used a "third party" to secure our reservations, meaning Hotels.com, it was almost like we were third rate citizens. I asked for a copy of our billing and she indicated that since we used a third party, they would have to give it us by email. She could have handled it much better but was obvious she didn't care.

Outstanding hotel. Beautiful rooms. Unlike many competitors, they offer a real breakfast, complete breakfast buffet with a number of options for hot egg dishes. Wonderful staff.
