I booked my room for 3 days, when I got to the hotel and checked in, I gave the hotel check-in person my debit card, I thought for incidentals, but he charged me for the room for 3 nights. I did not notice this charge until the next day, the manager explained what occurred, was apologetic, and said that she would refund my card. The hotel check-in person was in training, I heard him tell a prior guest, so when I gave him my card I advised him that I had already booked the room through Expedia, and it was paid for through Expedia. Another employee had to come help him, for whatever reason, but lo and behold, I was charged by Expedia and now by Holiday Inn. I have not gotten the refund in my account yet, but I trust it will be resolved.
Other than this, the hotel was fabulous! The staff very cordial.
