Very clean, very helpful staff.

Pros: Very close to most things.
Cons: Coffee maker in the room needed to be fixed.
We were here for just one night, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice Hotel

Pros: The people were friendly and the hotel was nice.
Cons: The bathrooms need fans. They are stuffy and there is no ventilation for odors.
Location: lots of restaurants
It was a nice hotel but it just needs fans in the bathroom. There is no ventilation for odors and it gets really stuffy in there.

One night in Knoxville

Pros: Close to the interstate and the airport. Comfortable beds and relatively quiet. The staff was quite helpful delivering my luggage and calling me.
Location: Location was handy. Didn't get to do anything outside of the conference.
Checked in late - 10 PM. Bar was open, with snacks available near the lobby (sandwiches). My bag was delayed until 10AM the next morning, so the front desk gave me a survival kit - toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc. Breakfast was good and reasonable. The meeting room was adequate for the conference, with plenty of coffee and breakfast snacks. My missing bag was delivered to my room.

GREAT Hotel!

Pros: Bed's were very comfy!
Location: Lot's of placed to eat and shop within 10 mins driving
All the employees were super nice from check in to Gibby's! Would stay here again for sure!!

Double Charged

I booked my room for 3 days, when I got to the hotel and checked in, I gave the hotel check-in person my debit card, I thought for incidentals, but he charged me for the room for 3 nights. I did not notice this charge until the next day, the manager explained what occurred, was apologetic, and said that she would refund my card. The hotel check-in person was in training, I heard him tell a prior guest, so when I gave him my card I advised him that I had already booked the room through Expedia, and it was paid for through Expedia. Another employee had to come help him, for whatever reason, but lo and behold, I was charged by Expedia and now by Holiday Inn. I have not gotten the refund in my account yet, but I trust it will be resolved. Other than this, the hotel was fabulous! The staff very cordial.

Wonderful Staff

The room was clean & comfy. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Great stay. In fact, I am booked for 2 more nights.

Clean room. Great beds with FRESH linens and comforter. Full service menu for room service. All was above and beyond our expectations!

Pros: It was wonderful to find a pet-friendly hotel near the highway with great room service.
Cons: Scrub all the tile in the shower with tilex.
Every member of the staff I talked to was genuinely friendly and helpful. Room service quickly delivered a delicious dinner and my dog Allie and I settled in for the night, happy and well-fed. Although there seemed to be quite a few dogs staying in the hotel, the halls were quiet at bedtime and we slept well.
