Honestly, we cancelled our reservation once we got to the property. I am assuming that the hotel Is under renovation. The rooms were not clean and other guests standing in the lobby were complaining about bed bugs. The staff was courteous and understood our stance and canceled our reservation without incidence.

Check in was great and room was clean. The restaurant and bar were very disappointing. We waited over an hour for our food and there was no organization at all. They were bringing food out and giving it to the wrong tables. Also had to ask multiple times for just a water.
