Overall, the property was clean and convenient for downtown. The front desk was very helpful. However, the first room smelled like smoke and the breakfast was very limited.

Did not like having your "chef" hovering aroud us at breakfast. Pastries were stale. Lacking in variety Front desk clerk on way in was good. Not so at check out. No greeting, sour disposition, asked about deposit return. Was told I would get it in a week...maybe. no attempt to communicate. Not up to your standard

Gross, dated, run down hotel. Stained & scratched furniture, carpet stained & peeling away from walls, dirt in every corner, hair on floor in bath, holes in doors with filler slapped in haphazardly. Broken lamp. Lobby stairs & carpet stained & filthy. Old furniture left on outside sidewalks. No front desk person at checkout. Had us leave cards in a bowl. Terrible breakfast. Next to nothing offered. Baskets almost all empty. Had a man sitting at table asking if we needed help and a tip jar on the counter! Unbelievably tacky! Terrible location. Nasty surroundings. Hard beds. People living in hotel. Just awful.

Very clean and bug free. Love the ventilation unit, was very quiet on Eco heat mode. Some furniture in room needed replacing, noticeable scratches on table and rip in chair, bathroom door damaged. Beds were clean and comfortable. Reception guy very friendly and helpful. Malls and restaurants within driving distance.

Was not aware that this was a motel....not a hotel. All rooms were outside entrance. Very old. Needs updating. Apparently a place where migrant workers live/stay. Dogs barking all night. Very noisy

Hotel is used to house construction workers. Dogs were on the property barking even though there’s a no pet rule. Walls are so thin you can hear everything. Train goes by twice during the night. Motorcycle was rode through the corridor twice. Everything is so outdated that I’m surprised this place is associated with Wyndham and Expedia.

This is not a handicapped friendly place. The only way to get upstairs where breakfast (ha ha) was served was a very long inside ramp inside the pool area. Breakfast was yogurt, coffee, waffle or an apple. The juice machine was broken. Our handicapped room was so small my husband barely had room to get around with a walker. Our room over looked the pool and it was very noisy. We would not stay there again. The outside doors were all propped open.

Another guest smoked weed all evening and night in the open indoor/outdoor area. It was so bad we had no choice but to stay in our room.

Property had excellent lighting in parking area whole way around the property. Rooms were very well maintained . Staff explained everything to any questions I had.

It was advertised to have a indoor heated pool, it was absolutely frigid was not usable at all the pool nor the building it was in where heated at all

Came for a show at Tennessee Theater. Not familiar with the area, but I trust Wyndham hotels. So glad i chose this one.close to interstate, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Already planning a trip back just to stay around the indoor pool and use it.

Booked hotel for indoor pool, but the pool was closed. Not just under repair but closed for the season. False advertising. Advertised a full hot breakfast. It was waffles and the rest was continental. Bit deceiving as most that advertise hot breakfast have a breakfast bar.

The room was clean and the appliances worked. The bathroom sparkled and worked well. One of the front desk clerks was kind and efficient, the other was efficient. A dog barked in the room next door.

Very disappointed..When looking at pictures on Expedia it did not match up when we arrived:( Firstly did not expect it to be a motel , I did not feel safe :( Secondly room was very outdated, the couch was ripped and dirty and very rough looking , Thirdly the breakfast was mediocre at best

People were smoking marijuana in the rooms. Walking by the room to the pool with my young daughter and it was obvious. The pool was technically indoors, but the staff propped the doors open all the way around upstairs and down so it was like an outdoor pool. The smoke detector in my room was covered in plastic and partially off the base, seemingly disconnected. I took photos of it. The hotel lobby has a water fountain that makes so much background noice you cannot hear the desk clerk behind the window. It was run down and a very seedy place to stay. It would be ok for a single traveler without kids only staying one night, just to take a shower. The Coffee is horrible.

Upon checkin our crawling infant daughter found a pair of dirty underwear underneath the end table. We called the front desk to have them remove them and the person who answered the phone was super unhelpful and asked "well what do you want me to do". Its absolutely disgusting that the underwear was nissed during cleaning
