My experience at La Quinta was awful. At my arrival I was requested to make a U$S 50 payment in cash to guarantee food & drinks at the room but when I checked out (without any consumptions) the front-desk guy refused to refund me the money. Another guest in the line of the front-desk suffered the same inconvenience. I could not stay longer to insist since I needed to rush to the airport. I felt cheated. Terrible Customer service!!!

I have a Service Animal - he is a medical alert pet for diabetes. I filled out the paperwork and explained what he does. I also let them know I have his paperwork that certifies him as an ADA Service Pet. I was told by two different staff members he wasn’t allowed in certain areas. The first area I complied because I was tired and tired of explaining. The second event I said he is allowed everywhere I am. Upon checkout they charged me a $25.00 pet fee. I called yesterday and spoke with someone and explained he is a trained alert dog. They never called me back and the charge hit my card today. They are in violation of ADA laws and my rights. I plan to file a complaint with ADA.

You are controlling your dog. Service animal never have to control. Also keep barking, sniffing. Service animal never do that. You claim as service animal and it is control by your kids. We can charge 150 instead of 25. Please read ada guideline. Your dog is not compile as service animal.

I enjoyed my stay and my daughter enjoyed her room, but I was surprised, even with both rooms paid for in advance through Expedia, I still had to use my credit card for a $200 security deposit for both reservations (which, they assured me, was only temporary).. The place was very clean and modern and the staff was very frendly and helpful. No complaints on service.

Pool closes at 9 and we were a bit disappointed because we picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool. We usually expect an indoor pool to close at 10 or 11 pm and since we arrived at 8:45 pm the kids missed out on swimming. I wish they would posr pool hours on booking page so we would know.
