Location: The location is with in a 25 minute ride to Cades Cove in the Smokey Mountains. Maryville is just outside the commercial areas and is less congested.
The Luxbury Inn and Suites was a convenient way to see the nearby Smokey Mountains without staying in the very commercial area of Pigeon Forge.

Excellent value for rooms!

Posted Aug 6, 2015
Pros: Nice location and very clean room.
Cons: Extra bedding for hide-a-bed should have been in the room and not have to ask for it.
Location: We loved the Cook-Out BBQ next door!
Had a one bedroom suite with a hide-a-bed couch that was very clean and neat. Hotel is a good location to sights and locations. Loved the staff and amenities. Will be recommending to friends and family and staying the next time I travel to Maryville Tennessee!

Good to hear that we met your lodging expectations. Bring the entire family and stay a little longer next time! Our nearby Smoky Mountains National Park is the most visited in the country.....most scenic, from my point of view too!

Outdated hotel

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Location: Mall, restaurants nearby
Check in was fine. Very sparse breakfast. Breakfast was a few mini muffins, dry creamer for coffee, staff not willing to replenish coffee. Vent was over bed and dripped water on bed. Good size rooms, but in dire need of update.

Be patient.

Slow to respond to needs for assistance. No one at the desk at night. Ran out of food at breakfast.

Please call and ask for me next time you are planning a trip to Maryville and I will gladly speed things up and attempt to make amends for your last experience during breakfast. I'm so sorry that you didn't see the buzzer button on the door for any needs after 11 PM and before 6:15 AM, also the telephone rolls over to our general manager when the main office is closed. He has an apartment on site for any guests needs during when the lobby is not open. Best regards, Carol

Nice hotel, centrally located.

Pros: I like the kitchen, especially having a refrigerator since I have medication to keep cold. But I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed.
Cons: The breakfast could be offer a little bit more, like some eggs and bacon or sausage.
Location: I thought the location was great, plenty of shopping areas and restaurants right near the hotel. also plenty of sites to see within a short distance.
Was pleasantly surprised with the arrangement and size of the rooms. Wasn't there long enough to rate, but was very comfortable.

satisfied

Pros: i appreciated my room being ready after a 6 hour drive. and the choice of rooms. convenient location to restaurants and smoky mountain national park.
Cons: for a family staying there they would need more towels, breakfast was mediocre at best ,
Location: the place is located in a mall with quick food places near by. it was surprisingly quiet. a quick trip to smoky mountain national park and knoxville.
the place was..seasoned but well maintained. the suite was more than i needed. it would be nice for a small family. the couch made into a bed and the bedroom was a separate room. everything was very clean andd had televisions in both rooms, nice for kids and adults i think. several restaurants nearby also. i arrived 2 hours early and not only was my room ready for me i had a choice between an upper level or lower. that was nice since i have a knee injury. overall it was a nice stay.

I'm so glad we met your lodging expectations and exceeded them with the size of our suites. Come back and bring the family or some friends! There is a lot to do in our city, plus the Great Smoky Mountains is the most visited park, still free entrance, in the United States. Thank you!

Nice hotel

Posted May 25, 2015
I was surprised to see how nice the room really was. I was alone but this room would be perfect for a small family. Most hotels you'll find a hair somewhere; not this one. My room was very clean every day. There's a full size refrigerator , stove & microwave. You have all the amenities of home. The staff was very nice too. I thought I'd be late for their mini breakfast, but no they left it open later. The maids were very nice too, asking if I needed anything special done . I did not. They did an excellent job. Don't worry if you forget anything, Target is just around the corner. I'd definitely stay there again.

Ah, I"m so sorry that no one told you about the hotels membership to Olympia Health Club, this is available for all of our guests. Glad to hear you were happy with your suite. When you come next time get a pass to go swim over at Olympia. It's a nice indoor pool for our guests to enjoy. Thank you for your review. Best regards,
