Good hotel

Location: Excellent location, several good restaurants nearby and easy access to the main part of town and the airport.
We stayed here to go to a concert in Maryville. The room was a decent size room with a small kitchenette. We didn't cook but it was nice to have that option if staying an extended time. The only thing I didn't like was the motel was a little loud, but we were ground floor near the exit door so that had a lot to do with it. I'd stay here again, but ask for a top floor room.

1st room hadn't even been cleaned! Was moved to 2nd room. Cleaned but not to very high standards. Hair in tub and bathroom floor

Pros: Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Safe location.
Cons: We missed having fresh fruit for breakfast. WE wanted bananas and oranges and strawberries...not those bitter red delicious apples.
Location: We were not interested in attractions near to the hotel as we only wanted to stay the night.
Very good facility. Felt safe and secure. Slept well in quiet room. I would stay at this hotel again.

Needs maintenance

Shower knob not connected and would completely fall off. Sliding bathroom door had a broken track and would not close. Light in room coming away from ceiling and bathroom light just a bare bulb. Room was outdated and worn.

The room's TV, Internet, didn't work. Air Conditioner would not cool below 72 degrees. The evening I checked in, I was told that the TV and internet were out due to the local weather (rain). Next morning when I told the front desk that in addition, the AC was not cooling below 72, all she said was, "I'm sorry to hear that". I only wondered how they got such a high rating on T.A.. Would never stay there, or in any of their hotels again.

Overall everything was excellent. The only issue we had was another guest decided they had to smoke in their room and the you could smell the cigarette in the hall outside our door. I am a smoker but my husband does not smoke and I do not smoke inside anywhere, even in our home and vehicles. I spoke with the attendant that was working and she came up and tried to find where the odor was coming from. Due to the fact that she could not invade on someone's privacy she didn't find the guest that was smoking.

HORRIBLE time w/TV !

Room layout a bit cramped. HORRIBLE time w/TV ! Never could find anything but buy online shows.

The bed was comfortable. Olga was nice and made the check in process super quick and easy. Breakfast was decent. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
