I wasnt happy with the accommodations. The name of the hotel is incorrect, and they are in the middle of remodeling for a buy out so it was a bit crazy. Also it was raining 1 night we were there and water was heavily leaking into the room thru one of the recessed lights. The man at the desk came and saw it but nothing was done to fix it. I really wouldnt recommend.

Great location for restaurants.
When you don't spend very much time in a room microtel is perfect. This particular is walking distance to a treasure trove of great restaurants.

Very disappointed
I was very disappointed with this hotel overall. There were ants in my bathroom crawling around constantly. I saw dead roaches in the stairwell. My shower was broken and it made it very difficult to use. I stay at Microtel with my family pretty frequently and this one was in very bad shape. I was embarrassed because I had booked my friends a room for a birthday celebration expecting the same quality from microtel that we are used to but this was absolutely not up to par.

The room I stayed in needs major repairs and remodeling. Bathroom has actual mold on the wall next to the bathtub. Fixtures falling out of walls. Not a great experience.

Not happy
Sink leaked. Toilet constantly was running. room was very run down (paint chipping everywhere, fixtures hanging) I normally would not mind if the price matched the hotel. $160 for one night for the condition of the room was not acceptable.

Waaay cheaper than other hotels in the area yet no issues with property, room or neighbourhood. Room was sized for 1 bed. It was just off I-75 so I was only sleeping and moving on. Its hard to justify paying $200 for just the night.

They’re right where we needed it. Breakfast was continental, so just ok. Room was small but bed comfortable. Bathroom has a crack/hole in the tub and some mold which I brought to the attention of the man at the desk

It was the nastiest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Blood on the walls and black moldy ceilings. Will never stay in one of these again. I would be surprised if we didn’t catch something being there.

The room is very old. It smells molded. That Ac unit create bad smell too that make me caugh all night. Bathroom is not clean & the there is no fan. Ceiling paint pealed off. I addressed my issue to front desk, I requested to get different room. The front didn’t even bother with check the room he just claimed someone will come later and check the ac Unit and room. Not recommended

Overall was a good experience. Nice room, but small. Room seemed clean except for the shower. Shower appeared stained or dirty. Staff was friendly, but not overly. Most congenial was the maid service. I would consider staying again.

We will stay here again
We were looking for a nice clean place to lay our heads for three nights and that's exactly what we got. Great breakfast for on the run and friendly staff to help when needed.

Our stay was nice but went online to reserve a room. When I got there, I asked about AAA and the staff stated that since i reserved online, I was not eligible for the discounted rate. Sad.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Restaurants and bars all around. The room was mid. Stains on walls and window, toilet was off the base. Would probably stay there again if I had a clean room due to the location.

Unlike any other Micotel we have stayed at this one was dirt, smelly. The breakfast was stale and uninviting. Definitely would not stay again at this Microtel.

Stayed here two years ago and it was really good. This time, there was a delay in checking in due to computer down. There were ants in bathroom and that response was quick and worked. We noticed that security was not up to par, as the door we entered and exited never worked while we were there and was usually open. There were a number of homeless people that seemed to stay in the gazebo and around the entrances.
