I never got to stay they was completely booked the night of reservations and so I went and canceled everything and never got a refund or anything back

I had reservations for a 5 night stay . Got there on Thursday and clerk told me they had me down for the following Monday. Informed me they had no available rooms had to scurry around to find another room and they wouldn't refund my payment very disappointed. My wife's sister has cancer and we needed a place stay probably on numerous occasions during her treatments.
