The other guests were noisy in the hall because they didn't use their indoor voices. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

There was a lot of big trucks and people coming and going all through the night. Even inside of the room was loud. The beds were a metal box that made a terrible noise everytime you touched them.

The only thing I didn't like is how very small the bathroom is compared to other hotels I've stayed at. There were stains on the bathroom floor. The floor is our room was a little sticky. It was okay for a one night stay definitely couldn't do two nights there.

The staff were all friendly and attentive. The main lobby looked nice and smelled amazing. The floor in my room, however was absolutely filthy. I had on socks because i forgot my slippers and within 5 minutes my gray socks were almost black on the bottom. Also there was mold on the shower ceiling.

I liked the location of the property. What I didn't like was the fact that I asked to be moved because the beds were obviously used prior to me checking in. There were stains, dirt and a dirty tubs. They moved me to three different rooms and I kid you not all three rooms had soiled and dirty sheets on them. After speaking to the Manager Ashley, she gave me a whooping 23.00 discount that was taken up by different fees. It ended up not being a discount afterall. The last night there, I'm in the bathroom and here is a roach crawling on the wall. If you decide to take a chance and stay at the Quality Inn in Alcoa, Tn, check your sheets.

Parking lot not treated when a snow storm had come by. So parking lot very icy and dangerous to cross to get car. Upon checking in I had to give a $100 dollar cash deposit since I was staying there. Checked in the day before no deposit . Next day I had to. They wouldn’t do it on my credit card either. So I had to leave and go get cash to check in. I had already previously paid for my stay through Expedia which went smoothly. I asked for a receipt when I gave $100. My key to get into my room on the second day stopped working and the lady upfront had to reset it. It worked after that. No issues at check out. I did have to ask for my deposit back. They asked me if I smoked. Which I did not. Only reason why I booked the hotel was because I couldn’t get home due to the snowstorm and I’m a healthcare worker.

Stayed here cause I was stranded from a snow storm and had to get to work close by. Good room and bed. Staff nice. Only issue was parking lot was covered in snow and ice and I felt like I was skating across the parking lot. Maybe something should have been done about that. Other wise food stay.

The place was about what you would expect for a hotel in this price range. It was clean and comfortable and close to where I needed to be. Ample parking despite the place being nearly full and a moving truck taking up 4 spaces. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

The computer system was going through when I arrived and I couldn't be checked in. However, the manager, Ashley, was wonderful! She offered me coffee with a quiet place to sit and rest as I had been up since 2:30am. She also brought me water and a snack to tide me over. I was in need of scissors for wrapping Christmas gifts that I brought with me. She loaned me scissors, offered tape, and said if there was anything I needed, just ask. That was very important to me as an older single woman traveling alone.

We needed a place to rest overnight and I found this place through Hotels.com. The girl at the front desk was exceeding pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, just a little smaller than we were used to. The price was great.
