Front desk charged twice. Danielle from reservation was very rude and is lack of customer service. The hotel isn't that clean and it was just a bad overall experience. We had to call front desk about them charging us and expedia charging us.

Not bad for the price

Posted Nov 21, 2015
Pros: Good location off the interstate
Cons: Refurbish corridors and exterior stairwells
Location: right off the interstate of I-40 and I-75. Shopping and restaurants close by
I was only here for one night so I didn't fully utilize the facilities. Check in was pleasant and the lobby is clean. Some of the exterior and corridors are in real need of sprucing up. My room looked as if it had been recently remodeled, but not quite finished. They may be in the middle of remodeling the entire place

The room was okay, there was a handle missing on the dresser, and patches on the walls. The service was okay. They triple charged us and still haven't fixed the second charge. Overall I won't stay there again.

Go Vols!

Bed was terribly uncomfortably, but overall, the hotel was worth the money- not a bad place for a night or two.

Hotel Looks nice but was outdated.

Posted Nov 16, 2015
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Whole hotel needs renovating.
Location: Restaurants were not too far away.
Room was outdated and needed work. Wall paper was peeling in bathroom and tile in ceiling was moved over to expose the upper ceiling. We left room for breakfast and came back to see tile was moved over again and pieces of insulation (or whatever is above the ceiling) were on the toilet and floor. Did not know if someone came in our room or not when we were out. Did not feel safe here.

Older hotel but was clean. Vending machine on our floor was out of service. Staff was great, breakfast was decent. I did love they had shuttle bus for UT games. Will stay again.

Run Down. Owner puts money in LaQuinta next door.

Posted Nov 14, 2015
Pros: It was an affordable rate, it accepted pets, it included breakfast
Cons: The rooms need to be kept in repair. Just an overall "unloved" facility
Just not a facility that I would do anything other than sleep in the bed for a night on the road. It was nice that the facility accepted pets, that being said I have never seen as many dogs in one place (outside of a dog show) as on the floor where we stayed.

Hotel for a quick stay

Posted Nov 10, 2015
Pros: Staff very pleasant.
Went to Tennesee vols game. Wanted a reasonable place to stay for one night. Hotel was not up to three star standard. Bathroom not clean. Looked moldy. Very overpriced. Would not recommend. Staff

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Very dated, needs a total overhaul. However, the rooms were very clean!!
