I have no idea why this place is rated as good as it is. I know you get what you pay for to some extent, but I could've paid half as much at a Motel 6 for a room of equal quality. The room was dingy and rundown and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and left me with an aching back. If you're looking for a cheap place to spend the night, there are cheaper places than this. If you're looking for an affordable place that doesn't sacrifice your comfort, keep looking.

Fooled Us

From the lobbys appearance you'd think you be receiving a nicely kept room. But we walked into our room......the lock on the door was shotty....lamps didn't have light bulbs.....my bed had ripped sheets and a noticeable burn hole. Every time someone closed a door you could hear it like it was your room. I slept 5 hrs and decided to get up early and head out. Overall, I would not consider staying there again. You get what you pay for.

Cheap, Easy, Convenient.

Cheat hotel for an over night stop. Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean, and the entire experience was easy. I would recommend to a friend and will stop here again if ever traveling through.

Renovating

I have stayed at this Red Roof several times. It is halfway to Arkansas. For the price it is a decent place. They are in the process of renovations, which I noticed as the rugs were replaced with wood look floors. Thisnisna great move as the hotel is pet friendly. The free breakfast is better than most other places. Staff was friendly and efficient. Thanks again RRI, for another good stay.

Our room was nasty. The couch was covered in pet hair when I was assured pets were not allowed. My boyfriend and I woke up covered in flea bites as well. This was our first experience with Red Roof, and we will never stay in another one.

Pros: Close to zoo
Cons: no carpet on floor and bathroom has mold. The pillows were small and not very comfortable.
Location: Zoo is close by
No carpet on floor so you had to wear socks. Small pillows and had mold in the bathroom.

Not Awful but Not Great

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, but there was no hot water in the bathroom, no hair dryer or kleenex. I won't stay there again since there are plenty of other similar hotels in the area.
