Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). No pets for stays longer than 3 days, no cats and pets must be crated if owner leaves the unit. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries, Door Dash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bite squad, and Uber Eats will deliver them all to you. Maximum sleeping capacity is 4. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Check-outs after 3 PM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.
