My main complaint was that the cloth shower curtain smelled of mold/mildew because it dragged the bottom of the tub and never got to dry. Room wasn't super clean but adequate.

I need a fort floor room but the Expedia app did not have any place to comment- I assumed elevators was not too concerned had recent knee replacement. The staff found a room in their long term area asked me if that was ok which it was. We got to room and at first look was ok we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. When we pulled beading back we found stains that looked like coffee or blood. I went to lobby and the staff found another set of sheets and were going to bring them to room. We check the other bed and could tell sheets were also dirty and it was slept in. When we stripped the bed we found the queen size bed had a very dirty and way too small mattress cover it was for full size and had multiple cigarette burns the mattress was stained and very dirty. Then we spotted bugs on night stand. Bathroom door was damaged and found stains and dirt Everywhere - non of this could be cleaned it was deeply embedded kinds of dirt and grime. So I do not blame staff at all times the tried there best to be helpful. They were organized and gave excellent service the issues was the condition of the room it need to be completely redone new carpet mattresses and repair damage and mildew in room. I would recommend a state health and safety inspection.

This was advertised as two queen beds and they were only full size beds. The clerk insisted they were queens and they were all that size. Do Not expect queen beds. The blankets had burn wholes. We asked for extra and was never given any or an explanation. Even though they were not booked full. The clerk never brought extra blankets.

When we walked in, the room appeared to be in mid-cleaning stage. We tried to turn on the lights, but they weren't working. The people next door said theirs were working. The lady at the desk said they had a power outage earlier and instead of apologizing and trying to fix things for us, just kept repeating that. We told her to just give us a refund and we left.

This was the most disgusting dirtiest place I have seen , there were burn hole in all three of rooms bedding , door you could see the outside when it was shut, coffee machine beyond dirty, towels were yellow stained , holes in the carpet I could go on and on
