The hotel is very close to the subway station and very convenient to take the subway trains. The room looks nice and clean.

From the outside it looks impressive and classy. I wouldn’t stay again and will report back to hotels com that I booked through about my concerns

Very outdated and overpriced. I needed to change my reservation to a day later and the charge was tripled! Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was way too hot with no way to lower the temperature. The location however was excellent.

I was glad the hotel stuff upgraded my room, but unfortunately the bathroom had a problem. However the hotel stuff solve the problem quickly.

nice but if you want to use the spa as “onsen” following the picture advertisement , you need to pay more additional. it is not free when you should to stay.

Perfect place to stay
It's a great hotel. The deluxe room we stayed has beautiful harbor view. It's very convenient since we could walk easily to the harbor with shopping mall, great restaurants, and souvernir shops. You should buy Kobe speciaty which is chocolate with strawberry inside. It took 18 minutes to take train to the world's famous longest bridge. So beautiful.

The decor was old fashioned and everything worked fine but just seemed out dated. Good service, breakfast is good and has a really good view. That was the best part.

Great location for day trips east or west.
Good stay. A later-than-usual check-out time was excellent - allowed me to visit Himeji Castle on the morning of the day I checked out without having to take my luggage. I would have liked two portions of creamer and sugar for both a daily coffee and daily tea.

Spacious hotel room which is about 10 minutes walk to Anpanman Museum. We enjoyed our stay there. We also experienced early check-in which is a plus point for the hotel. Some hotels strictly do not provide early check-in even the rooms were available. There is a family mart store just below the hotel, so it is very convenient if you need to get some snacks or drinks during your stay.
