the staff was very nice and professional, the hotel accepts dogs including large ones. the hotel rooms are clean and well cared for. the price was very good.

Despicable amenities that are needed in this age of internet and wireless services.......we wanted to relax not in the confusion of Pigeon forge so we chose this hotel a few miles away from the hustle and bustle of the attraction going on in Dollywood...what a mistake!! Poor quality in every area.....food, internet, guest service etc......

Hotel in mountain

The hotel staff was great. The beds were clean and comfortable but the ceiling had cobwebs on it. The only other negative thing I can say is that the smoking area is right outside the dining area so every time the door opened the smoke came into the dining area. My recommendation would be to move the smoking area farther down from the door.

Sticky floors and rock hard bed

Do not stay here. Terrible. Hated the hotel. Dirty and a waste of money.

Nice accommodating front desk staff, quiet rooms,

Pros: good rate for pet friendly property wit no pet fee..friendly staff, quiet and room to walk my dog
Cons: Clean carpets and pee smell in bathroom..update cooling system
Location: Close enough but not right in pigeon forger. .
Needed pet friendly property so I found this at a cheap rate and booked two rooms. .I usually stay at the Marriott which is normally 4 or better so here's how it compares. Room met my needs, my dog was welcome, quiet enough he didn't get upset, and comfy. I would stay again. There was a smokey smell but febreeze took care of that easy fix! Beds ok, tv worked a little blurry, room were ok.. STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY!

Cons: Everything was fine
Location: It is by Dolly Wood and different shows.
We only stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine too. Did not use the pool so cannot comment.

The first floor here is pet friendly. That's where we were with no pet. Room floor was filthy dirty. Had them mop non carpet areas but still dirty. Carpet needed cleaned. Room smelled like wet dog fur. Bought our own air freshener but didn't help.Some barking but more late night noise from tour bus people.

Traffic Noise

First time traveling with our puppy and first time at a pet friendly hotel. Room was great , beds comfortable, quiet inside. The only complaint is too much traffic Noise outside hotel. Did not sleep too well because of that.
