Immaculate, grand, and cozy!
For starters, the host has exceptional communication skills, as he was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The place was hands down one of the grandest, cleanest, and surely most welcoming places I’ve ever stayed away from home. The description of it was spot on, and did not disappoint. I’m more than grateful to have had this quality of spaces available, thanks to the owner for sharing, and making it a wonderful stay!

Great location! Spacious and comfortable!
We loved the spacious living area and the large dining table. The beds were very comfortable, which is important to us. The location was convenient to the harbor and to town. We would often walk there. We enjoyed being able to see the harbor from the deck or the windows. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Almost perfect! Comfortable and affordable
Thank you for a pleasant stay. I (Jessie White), my son, his father-in-law, and two friends enjoyed our stay very much. One friend’s wife had a miscarriage and stayed back in Fairbanks—five of us total. Kitchen: We didn’t use the kitchen; so, I couldn’t rate it. Looked very clean & well stocked. Living area: It served our needs just fine—spent lots of time sitting & talking about our fishing experience. Women & kids might prefer a simple area rug in the living area, to warm it up a little—-seemed cold. After developing ’sea-legs’ on our all day fishing excursion, your up-and-down, sloping floors weren’t a problem for us, lol. Bathrooms: Nice & clean. I love hot water, but you might turn it down a little—if tenants are not careful, they could get a scalding. For showering in the hall bathroom, you may want to put a no-slip mat or something in the tub. I stepped on the extra-long shower curtain and the slick soapy porcelain simultaneously and came close to falling. I survived that adventure; older people may not, lol. When we first arrived, it was raining. so we climbed the stairs pretty fast. The expanded metal on the stair treads is a great idea, since the mossy wood is very slick. **Having said all that, I would definitely stay at your place again. Sorry we arrived early; hope we didn’t cause any problems. It was pouring rain and wanted to get settled. I hope you got my phone message that we left early.
