Amazing view and great reception staff. Although no one is onsite past 10 pm. Location is very good with loads of shops and restaurants around. You can get there by bus from airport (station 21). Breakfast lady wasn’t friendly and made us uncomfortable. Rooms need maintenance (loose fittings etc) and mattress needs to be replaced in the room we were staying in. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the proximity to the sea.

The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time.
