Perfect view of Mount Fuji. Clean room and helpful staff. For those who doesn't drive, public transport is bad for this location. Unless you are willing to walk for 30mins to the main Kawaguchiko Station. The small mall is 5 mins walk and has a decent supermarket. The hotel complimentary coffee at the lobby should be available in the morning too. Overall, a nice and clean hotel.

This hotel has the best Mount Fuji view, and the room is very clean and other facilities are well maintained, however it is a bit far from the central bus station, but if you want to have a good view of Mount Fuji, I will recommend this place.

Good location, very nice rooms and onsen. Plenty of parking area. Onsen room was cold, very unusual. Other then that, hotel is clean and nice. GREAT view, if you pick the rooms with terrace, looking over Mt. Fuji.

My room was smoke free but the hallway of my room reeked of cigarette smoke. I was disappointed that there was no AC in my room which was quite warm with the sunlight and like to sleep when its cold.

Great view, great staff, great room, great price!
The staff was kind and accommodating, offering to keep our bikes inside a locked indoor room overnight. The rooms were clean and big, and the view of Fuji was fantastic! Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel!
