Gorgeous resort

Pros: The staff was very friendly and informative. The rooms were clean and smelled like lemongrass, which is a wonderful smell. The beach is relaxing.
Location: Everything is a taxi ride away. Chaweng beach is about 15-20 minutes away. The fisherman's village is a short walk away.
We stayed here for 2 days and we left the resort once to go to Chaweng Beach. The resort itself is very clean and the pool areas are absolutely beautiful and completely relaxing. The restaurant at the resort is also great with a wide selection of food. The breakfast buffet also had a great selection of foods and fruits. There was even a coffee/latte/cappuccino machine. It is a resort that is away from all the touristy stuff, so it was perfect. However, if you wanted a bit more of the shopping and partying, the resort has a van that takes you to Chaweng beach for free twice a day.

カジュアルな大型リゾートホテル

大幅な割引で格安になっていた事もあり宿泊した。スタッフは皆親切で良い印象。部屋のベランダが広くデイベッドもあるので、庭の緑を眺めながらゆったり過ごす事ができた。ただし夕方は発電機の音が大きくうるさい。シャワーは固定式で、水圧が弱いのが難点。朝食の内容はチョイスが多く良いが、場所がオンザビーチではないので海は見えない。海は透明度がなく泳ぐというより眺めるビーチ。プールは十分な大きさがあるが宿泊客も多くのんびりしているというよりも少しガヤガヤした雰囲気。リゾートの前の大通りを渡ったところには、コンビニ、スクーターレンタル、マッサージ屋がある。交通量が多く慣れるまで渡るのは少し怖いが優しい警備のお兄さんが車を止めてくれるので安心。フィッシャーマンズビレッジまでは徒歩圏内。スクーターで島内の他のビーチに泳ぎに行ったり、食事や観光に出かける拠点としては良い場所だった。まとめると安心感のある無難な大型カジュアルリゾート。

Nice resort friendly staff close to restaurants.

Pros: Good location with variety of pools and pleasant staff.
Cons: It would be good if they could provide tissues and the plunge pool needed steps wih a rail as difficult to get out of.
Location: Within an easy walk of Fishermans's Village and lots of cafes and restaurants some quite reasonably priced. Centrally located for airport.
Staff helpful and most could speak and understand English. Our plunge pool villa was a great choice very private, easy to chill out and good for a cool down after walking to Fisherman's village. Resort has a good number of pools and plenty of deck chairs and breakfast had an excellent selection of food with self serve coffee machine and tea. Happy hour at beach great value for cocktails.

Gepflegter Garten und freundliches Personal

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gleicht die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Anlage und Zimmer etwas aus. Der Frühstücksbereich und die Präsentation der Nahrungsmittel erinnert an die 80er Jahre. Insgesamt war es aber ein entspannter Urlaub in freundlicher und sauberer Atmosphäre.

Pros: 朝ごはんのメニューが豊富。
Cons: 洗面・バスルームの水回りのリフォームがされないのなら、次回の予約はしないと思います。 蚊が多いのでバスルームは屋内がベスト!
Location: ビーチが目の前。フィッシャーマンズ・ヴィレッジから近い。SPAでの対応は良かった。
ロケーション、ホテルの雰囲気、スタッフの対応は良かったです。 プール付きデラックスルームに3泊しましたが、お部屋の清潔感、雰囲気、おしゃれなインテリア、広さは問題なかったものの、蚊が多く部屋でもバスルームでも(バスタブが屋外)レモングラスのアロマポットを焚いてくれていたものの、あまり効かずあちこち蚊に刺されて困りました。 また、洗面・トイレ・バスルームの排水口から上がってくる異様な臭いがかなり臭くて気になりました。 洗面所の水も最初、蛇口からの水が砂かサビのようなものが混じり、茶褐色に濁っていて、 とても顔を洗える状態ではなかったです。洗濯したら逆に茶色くなって汚れました。 バスタブに入れたお湯も「ドブ臭く、濁っていて最悪」(とにかく水道の水が汚くて臭い!) せっかく素敵な部屋だったのに、洗面所の悪臭と蚊の襲来で快適さは半減しました。

Great hotel with its own beach.

Location: Across the road from an ATM, general store, laundry, tour office, scooter rental. Short taxi to everywhere. Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf.
All good! Staff, facilities, location, restaurant and breakfast. Highly recommended.

Place to relax

Pros: Like the pool with elephants
Cons: The BBQ dinner buffet is not within standard, as shrimps are not fresh.
Location: Fishman market is only 5 minutes away, but it's better to access from beach, outside the resort is boring, only convenient shop worth to visit.
Overall it's comfortable, and very quite place, breakfast buffet is so so, not many choices. Only love the pineapples, it's very sweet.

Hotel was ok it was good value .

Hotel was generally ok but we had two terrible rooms 140 / 145 which faced the road that got very busy and was very noisey . Wifi was very poor and the hotel gym was inadequate - would not return but hotel staff were very helpful and buffet breakfast was excellent .
