No customer service. Management needs an upgrade

I stayed here a year ago and had a great experience and that is why I chose it again. I'm not sure what changed this year but there was definitely no customer service (e.g. Called for taxi day of departure-they didn't call until my bill was squared away which I thought would be a few quick keystrokes). No one including the manager seemed to be adept at figuring how much I owed and they couldn't have cared less if I missed my flight. I booked on this site, made a mistake in getting on bed instead of two as was traveling with a friend. Instead of simply accommodating us with a room with two beds they gave us a cot for the first three days. this place was definitely a vacation buzz kill. I will not go back here and would only recommend it if you like to be treated poorly. One positive was the restaurant staff, friendly, professional.
