Staff attitude have to improve

I'm not happy of the staff's attitude Since I've booked different room in the hotel and have to check out before 2pm. It's good that the staff had called me for remind of the check out time and I've told them that I will check out before 2pm at 8am. After that I've received the 2nd call at 10am and said the new room its ready and we can check out now, and I answered the staff that I will check out at 2pm but not now. And after an hour they called us again and said there a guest will be arrive soon and said the new room its ready now. I told the staff again that I must check out before 2pm. However they keep calling the 4th time and it was just 12 noon and said a guest its waiting for the room. I was so angry and told the staff that it was the 4th times they've calling us and I've already told them that I would check out before 2pm and also I'm now packing my luggage and I felt so annoying that the hotels staff keep calling me. Funny that the staff said this is the normal procedure and she said they will keep calling customer even 5-6 times to remind for check out. Oh god, what kind of service they provide? I'm happy that they will call for remind check out time in the 1st/2nd call, but will felt annoying when calling the 3rd or even 4th time! Yes surely I won't recommend my friend to come to this hotel because of the poor service of the front desk (the girl who always wear white suit)

View was amazing but couldn't use outside jacuzzi due to the ants that seemed to love it as much as I had hoped to ! Also taps are sensitive and showers may take a while

Turn down a steep ally to get to the mountain top

Pros: Leaving; I was asked to provide more information but I just don't know what to say unless you advocate lying.
Cons: On property activities as well as offsite activities was not properly communicated
Location: I would have spent tons of money if transportation off the mountain was readily available.

Lovely bed and beautiful view

Lovely sea view and very comfortable bed. A great shuttle service into the town and use of the facilities at the sister hotel which is on the beach front. One member of staff in particular was charming,friendly and very helpful and certainly made our stay extra special. We were given recommendations as to where the hire a bike- just down the hill and we rode around the island for a whole day and this only cost 150 baht. A beautiful view from the pool and a quiet, relaxing location.

Nice hotel beautiful view

Great location. The view is amazing. Hotel staff very friendly. KC beach club is also great to chill throughout the day

"Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry"

Plenty apologies for this poorly maintained hotel... The water comes out brown, really brown. If you're thinking 'iron in the water', then stop. This is mud in the water. Gross. There's mould on the ceilings of the corridor too, apparently we were the first to spot that. To top it off they tried to charge us the extras from another room as we left. It's ok though, they said sorry... Hotel is treated as a license to print money. Stay elsewhere.

Disappointing service

We checked into the hotel for a 6 night stay. The hotel was quite beautiful to look at and the staff were very helpful. As soon as we got into the room we were a little disappointed to find that we had been allocated a room right next to the lifts/pool/bar with only a simple privacy screen blocking our balcony from the pool area. The room smelt a little damp and the cleanliness in the bathroom was not ideal, the spa on the balcony was also in need of a clean. We called reception and asked to be moved and were told we would have to wait until the next day for a manager. The next day we spoke to the desk and we were told to call expedia which we did, expedia called the hotel on our behalf and were told that there was no possibility of moving rooms. When we asked to check out the following day we were told that if we checked out we wouldn't be refunded. We were offered an upgrade to a bigger room on the 4th night but unfortunately we had to stay in the original room until then. This was an anniversary holiday for us so it was quite disappointing to have this experience, we would have been happy to pay for an upgrade but there was nothing available so we literally had no choice but to stay in the room we had. In the end we cut our losses and booked another hotel for the last 2 nights where we were finally able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Since checking out we have received no follow up from the hotel staff despite them being aware of the ongoing issues.
